Can we take a moment to just appreciate how brilliant this cutscene was? Stylish directing, great tension, sound design and action sequences...really felt like something out of the Kill Bill movies!

the cinematography in this game is truly underrated like the first time we see The General
I really agree. The cutscene at the beginning is amazing. This is the real style of Saints Row. This shows what the reboot could’ve been like.
unfortunate how shitty the mission was considering the driver just goes around in a loop
This shows how much we wanted Saints Row to be like. We wanted Dark, sad brutal moments. Actual gangsters. A better city. And good written characters.
Not cringe dialogue and hipster idiots who thinks being shirtless is a personality trait
I have no problem with the reboot BUT I agree tho they should kept this style of the game and santo ileso would of make a good gangster city
But whiny dorks kept crying "Lulz GTA clone!" so we got aliens and science fiction shit.
I feel bad for Aisha. She did not deserve this.
Her death angered Johnny.

This marks a turning point and made very clear that anyone could die early on the series. Her death has always haunted Johnny Gat.
Gat bleeding out and being delirious about Aisha always gets to me.
After all these years this scene still stands out as one of my favorites in any game ever

Back in 2018, when I playing this mission first time. I feel shock so much when I saw the cutscene. But this mission is awesome and feel sad in the same time too.
SR1: Johnny got shot in the leg.
SR2: Johnny got stabbed in the gut.
SR3: Johnny got stabbed in the gut but still fighting

This Scene would be more interessting and better, if the Boss was also a Hostage in the House, similar to the Mission Bad Trip.
And after the Execution from Aisha, Jyunichi scratches the boss's face with his katana and tries to slowly kill him until Gat attacks him.
After Gat is wounded, the boss breaks free from the chair in extreme anger and jumps and fights with Jyunichi out the window.
this mission was crazyyy and reality he would have died lmaoooo
Better than the reboot.

Gat get destracted easily, never in a sword fight you get destracted.
