I've realized how the appeal of this cover differs from the original song. The original emphasized the romantic part of the song. This version emphasizes the ass kicking part of the song.

This is a rock cover of the Steven Universe original. I've never seen Steven Universe but I know for a fact that the Steven Universe version is the original since it was earlier than the Sans one. I've had this on my Spotify for a couple years, listen to it all the time. I loved the original, but this is a whole other beast. Probably one of my favorite songs altogether.
I have no clue how but to me Nate is one of the most inspirational UA-camrs out there, he also makes maybe some of the best songs and remixes ever, one of my favourites is the Emperors New Clothes remix, Nate is incredible and needs to keep on going!

@@XxEmoGothOutcastxX She's a great singer on her own, and a good voice actress given the material she had to work with, but this was just the wrong show for her. Deadpan is a very hard archetype to work with, especially as an inexperienced voice actor. Plus Rebecca Sugar's song style just doesn't gel well with Estelle's voice in my opinion. Hers are usually slower and light on the backing tracks, while Estelle's songs (of the few I've heard) are fast, bombastic, and she uses a wider range of singing to complement them.
