This was very helpful! I'm an English teacher, and I found your organization to be a clear way of presenting the topic to students. However, you did forget to mention that you need a comma after the conjunctive adverb in the second sentence. "Jamie is talking about grammar; however, I am still confused." Nonetheless, I was very impressed!
Thank you because your mnemonics, a cat's claw, tiny illustrations on the video screen and your writings on the whiteboard, helped me to remember the concepts.
The way that you break down this information is incredibly helpful as I search for creative ways to teach these concepts to my 7th and 8th graders. They will love the pneumonic devices! Thank you!
Ouch. That's what we recognised as teaching in my old school too; lessons where the student has to use the reading afterwards to realise the lesson was full of errors.
Please read the books too, it's always crucial for improving, especially for reading skills. Also bear in mind, the video contains errors, (e.g. 'international' is not a verb), so the books are vital for recognising such errors.
I was in a need to understand connectors usage for my tomorrow's exam and you upload this video. #coincidence. Thanks Can you please make the video on speed reading(how to, its effects) something like that

I know you are trying to be helpful but you are making it convoluted. Yes, 'English is' is a complete sentence just as Jamie is talking about English. It may be a poorly worded subject but there are even sentences with an implied - There are ENGLISH rules- use them.

Terrible. Contains crucial inaccuracies, and examples are explained ineffectually. Teacher "A clause contains a subject and a verb". Teacher (without any hint of realisation) "For example, 'English is an international language". Woh, watch out for that English, internationalling all over the place!! As a teacher looking for new ideas on how to teach connectors and conjunctions, I found this to be poor and counter-productive. Alongside the inaccuracies and errors, the lesson was disorganised, the board is obviously difficult to read, and it moved at such a slow pace, yet concepts and terms were poorly defined. Perhaps she thinks she's conventionally photogenic and personable, and that's enough? It really isn't. Please at least correct the glaring errors...

Is the words "but if" correct?
Many people use "but if" to make sentences.
In contrast, some people argue that we should use one of the words.
