Michael and Gavin have suited up for a co-op playthrough of the entire Cursed Halo campaign. Cursed Halo is a mod for Halo: Combat Evolved that changes up nearly everything you know and love about Halo's maps, weapons, vehicles, and cutscenes. A ghost that spins like a beyblade? Yeah, Cursed Halo's got that. A gun that fires hearts? Cursed Halo's got that too. A flying Warthog? A pistol that shoots backwards? A grenade that makes an indecent image of Thanos appear? Check. Check. And check. This mod is so weird, wild, and hilariously bizarre, you'll be transfixed for every moment of this eight-episode series.

I saw Michael and Gavin for the first time in a long time and felt like the food critic at the end of fucking ratatouille

@@btom748 yeah man. Maybe I'm just not in touch with the zoomers or whatever, but the second I got used to Fiona and started appreciating her addition to the team, like 3 more people were added that have this incredibly annoying screaming streamer overreaction style that is just unbearable to me
@@davidtaylor142 I really like Fiona! She's got great dynamic and banter. but I think their demographic is shifting towards zoomers now. I can't figure out why I've stopped watching and maybe I've simply aged out. It makes me a little sad, almost.

Still a little sad they don't have tutorial prompts on, they're different too. Can't wait to see them deal with the MAW's "optional vehicle"

Thanos randomly appearing every couple of episodes is my favorite thing especially since he got music this time

In one of the tunnels, Gavin tried to beyblade by it and got thrown through the hall and off his ghost which promptly hit him square in the face and killed him.
I mention it because the whole thing was actually pretty funny.
Gavin, that was a hell of a play getting that blunderbuss back dude, good stuff!

If you guys get the Zapper again in the future, it's coded to be a guaranteed one-shot headshot kill, but does 1 damage everywhere else on the enemy.

I would love to see some multiplayer with these mods, they would have so much fun! And they could find new games, they could have people use the blunderbuss to launch themselves into the air, then the other players try and shoot them. Do some skeet shooting

This is a fine example of good long content, Its not about quantity (Time wise) but the quality/flow! To bad the algorithm says otherwise which makes content suffer to an extent

I really miss these halo videos, they should do more of these mods or make another laso series. Halo CE and Halo 2 campaigns are 2 players, perfect for play pals!

Finally. Needs more play pals.
The fun thing about Halo CE is that the fall damage is based on speed. So if you can manage to change the angle of your fall you can potentially live. I have fallen into the pit where Michael has and lived, the first area with the light bridge on Halo, and the bridges on Two Betrayals/Assault on the Control room and lived.
This is the only series I've been checking back for, every couple of weeks. I kind of wish these two would just make their own channel if I'm honest XD
One day these two will end up like ray and leaving AH to start their own streaming channels too.
Michael and Gavin probably won't read this, but if you actually want to see Keyes shoot himself, you can check out Ray's highlight reel. He got a little luckier with the in-engine cutscene.

So glad that another episode is out! I think my favorite parts of this one were Gavin killing himself with fall damage, ABBA causing trouble with hunters, and Thanos making his inevitable return.

For people who may be complaining cod the wait Michael talked about it in the early part of the video explaining that when an update to Halo occurs the mod had to be updated by the maker. So they had go wait for it to be ready

@@Freakincident I don't think it's a "diversity" issue. Sounds borderline racist complaining about it like that. It's just the chemistry and personality of the new people coming in. The old/OG achievement hunter group had great chemistry and all around matched on a lot of things. And it could also be linked to just nostalgia. I don't hate the new people they've added to the content, I just don't find them entertaining and borderline annoying because of how they act/react to things. Don't make it race or gender thing dude because it's not that

It was better when it wasn’t, after RT made their very vocal commitment to diversification and inclusion the content (for me at least) went downhill. Apparently people don't pay much attention to things outside of these videos. Soo many people going on about thinking they had given up on finishing this or complaining about how long it had been since they put out another episode of this. They haven't been able to because both of them haven't had enough free time together to record more. From my understanding, Dan was finally able to fly back to the states so Gavin took some time away/off/how ever you want to put it, in order to do some more SlowMoGuys recording with Dan or something along those lines. Not to mention that despite having jobs revolving around playing videogames for UA-cam, it is still a job and they do need time off every so often to just be with their families.
Long have we waited...

Man, considering this game originally came out on the original Xbox when I was a kid, I feel old. Last time I felt like this was when I was telling my niece and nephew, who were watching Goosebumps on tv, that I remember listening to Goosebumps on cassette tape and they asked me what a cassette tape was. 😭
