I was thinking the exact same thing! Why is it her responsibility to clean up after her brother's dog shit? Obviously the brother has a girlfriend so he's old enough to date, so why isn't he old enough to clean up after a dog that he's responsible for?
I'm with you. Tbh I think the entitled tone is really the worst thing about OP's post - they're having food withheld from them (that they don't have money to buy) because their brother's dog shits everywhere, and they don't have the money to move out. The not doing the dishes part is not good, but I can kind of see their point about struggling to clean on an empty stomach. If the OP is shitty, the mother and brother are really no better.
YES!! Like, I get the entitled tone, but it sounds like either the girlfriend is buying her brother food or the mother is paying for it. If it’s his dog, why isn’t he contributing? Is he doing the dishes? This sounds like an abusive situation where Op might not be able to move out. Definitely needs more info. What does Op do with her time? Why isn’t her brother helping? Where does all of Op’s money go?
The only reason I can possibly think of for it being OP's responsibility is if the brother was really young (but he has a girlfriend, so that's out) or if he is unable to do certain activities (such as if he's blind or in a wheelchair, where he can obviously do some chores but specific ones might need help, but if he was either of those his dog would probably be a service animal and therefore potty trained) and either of those options would also have required OP to have agreed to help take care of the dog. I can understand if you feel really sick (which can happen if you don't eat for days) that you can't do super strenuous chores, but washing dishes isn't super strenuous for a three person family unless it's been REALLY piling up. Even then, you could sit down while doing it if you get a tall enough chair. I don't know how much poop we are talking about, but unless it's a small amount, like two or three piles, I can also understand why it would be hard to deal with that on an empty stomach. I've thrown up after not eating for days and it burns, plus if you already feel nauseous from not eating, bad smells might make it worse. If it was something like diarrhea, the chemicals used to clean could also cause OP to throw up. To be honest, there needs to be more info. OP has a job, how much are they contributing to food/bills? How many hours do they work? If they are at home a lot it might make sense for the mother to ask her to do chores, especially if she can't provide much income. What is up with the brother and his dog? Why has no one potty trained the dog yet? Do they not have a yard the dog can be in? Do they not walk the dog so it can go outside if they don't have a yard? Is there actually no food in the house, or only things OP doesn't like/want? Is the mother not eating if there isn't food in the house, or is she going out to eat and not getting anything for OP? If the brother is old enough, does he have a job? Is he paying for his own date (whether full or partially) or is OP's mom paying? I'm genuinely curious what is going on. None of the replies sounded like they were related to OP. If OP's family has Facebook, even the ones that don't live with her, you think they'd respond!
Or maybe, and just hear me out here, the OP is exaggerating the story with the 'poop all over the house' to garner more sympathy from the readers. Because I really have a hard time believing that the mother in this story would actually just A.) leave DOG POOP 'all over the house' (same goes for the brother, unless both of them are serious idiots) and B.) not buy any food AT ALL, not for herself nor for the OP nor for the brother, just to spite OP. So yeah, I'm taking the whole post with more than a grain of salt, seeing as how entitled people always tend to blow up stuff instead of actually painting an honest picture.
Okay, I'm almost 27 and still live with my parents. They're nice enough to buy groceries, sometimes I'll pick up something for them while at the store, and yes, it's very hard to just leave without a solid income given the cost of living (currently working two jobs to save for this eventual moveout). We're also Polish American so it's not uncommon for adult Poles to live with their parents. But even so, I will pull my weight around the house, like do my own laundry, change my cat's litter box, vacuum my room, clean my bathroom when it gets too dirty, sometimes cook breakfast if I'm not working that morning (and everyone else is awake), and pay my own insurance. But that person just leaves around DOG POOP in the house??? That is just disgusting! Also, is no one walking that dog or at least putting it outside? And if there's an accident in the house, clean it up! Sheesh! EDIT: These replies. Yeesh. I'm sick of people judging my living situation. My parents have no problem with it, they prefer it actually to me being out on my own risking homelessness during this pandemic (was actually planning to move out in 2020 before all Hell broke loose and I suddenly found myself unemployed). Again, it's common for families of certain cultural backgrounds to all live together under one roof even through adulthood. If they ASKED me for rent, I'd give it, but they haven't. They set the above conditions and I follow them. The person in this video shouldn't have been so ungrateful, that her mom was allowing her to live there rent-free, yet she was doing absolutely NOTHING for herself!
I still live with my mom, and I too pay rent, help around the house, buy groceries, do my own laundry, etc. Heck, this very morning, I saw that our cat had pooped all over the bathroom rug, and you know what I did? I put it in the garbage outside, and then put the rug in the laundry. IT WAS **SO** EASY! There really is no excuse for the person in the vid. Ugh.
Yeah, like there's nothing wrong with living with your parents as an adult, especially with the price of rent these days. Ya Just have to contribute in some way.
Between the ages of 19-23 I lived with my grandparents. I tried my hardest to leave but I wasn't making a lot of money so I couldn't find a home or a rental apartment. I did help around the house, I was there to take care of my grandmother, and I loved to just talk with them which they said they appreciated. I was sad when I left but the house I have now is close by so I can still visit my grandpa and offer him help if needed.
I'm 26 and also live with my parents. Except it's not that uncommon here (I'm Slovene, living in Slovenia) lately as the cost of living is too high for a single person to be able to afford rent, utilities, and groceries. For now, it's easier for everyone, my parents, my sister, and me to just live together. But we all contribute to the household. Meaning we do chores, we clean and we help pay bills (when possible, I'm currently unemployed and working on my Master's degree, but I'm also looking for a job).
already wanred my kids that if they are still living at home and earning, then they will be getting billed (a nominal amount, but still billed for lodgings & Food)
That's still awful in my opinion... I'm around that age and I STILL need to do something in order to help my mum..we already live in a small, messy house so the least I can do is help a little... That person is an entitled brat!
Yeah but I am gonna say cleaning up after your brother's dog should not be a part of the deal for food. Regardless of age. To be clear in your average day to day its not a big deal to clean up after another family members pet but if she is using another family member's pet mess as a reason for withholding food from him its unfair. And I don't agree with shaming him for still living at home at 23 especially during this time of depressed wages and low housing availability. But yeah it is just lazy, entitled, shithead talking the rest of the time. Like dude if the house is not that dirty and really just dishes then why is that such a big issue? Wash the dishes and you eat. Washing the dishes for an hour at a job where its nonstop will only make you like $8-9 to spend on food. Guarantee the food she puts in front of him would cost like $20+ tip. Even for selfish reasons its the smart move FFS.
The missed opportunity here was the response after the guys said F U. I would have responded with "Sorry I'm not gay so it's going to have to be a No to that too."
As a 23 year old, I can confirm, when I’m hungry my body goes into complete paralysis. I am not even able to blink. Someone must hand feed me grapes before I am capable of moving again.
I personally think those who say their relatives died to try to get a deal is not only disgusting but I'm sure karma will end up hitting those people hard one day.
That story hurt. My dad actually did die as we were making an offer on our dream home. And the agent and seller made it as smooth for us as possible. The idea of trying to use that as leverage to get a discount disgusts me.
@@jeromeclaessen3921 It's amazing that people can't understand the differences between there, their, and they're. (I was going to correct him too, lol).
I love how you took your time to explain the lowering over 1.25% from the last story. In my head 1.25 wasn't that much. But it's nearly half of what they would make
It would probably be better stated as reducing the commission by 1.25% points, as it could otherwise be easily understood to mean 1.25% of the 3% commission from 3% to 2.9625%, instead of a reduction from 3% to 1.75% commission. Then again, I guess most people might not know about it anyway.
I'm 23 and I had to move back in with my dad after COVID hit and due to some set backs. I have a job and I help clean, I buy groceries and I give my dad a cut of my paycheck every week. I swear, these choosing beggars are ridiculous, complaining about having to clean the shared living space..
I'm 24 and have still been living with my parents (now just my mom) even after I turned 18 but I take care of myself. I work full time, I clean up, I buy my own groceries, I pay my bills and insurance, my mom doesn't ask me for money except once or twice a month just to keep her account from going over and I don't mind that. The only think that ever bothered me was when she was in the habit of taking money from my account WITHOUT telling me and I go to buy gas or something and couldn't because my last $20 was gone and I would freak out thinking someone got my card number only for her to say "calm down I took it, I'll put it back tomorrow" but that's stopped so now there's nothing to complain about lol
I had to move back home for surgery, I helped around the house. Cooked, cleaned, bought groceries etc. I was on SSD so didn't have much, but damn, I even helped out my parents with stuff (and even went back to school too).
I am 26, autistic and on disability. I lived with my parents before I was kicked out (with 12 hours to get out). I bought all my own groceries, AND paid more than half the rent. (Granted I didn't clean, but that was because I was protesting about having my abuser in the house)
I'm a recovering NEET (still not independent but have a job and started college last year, so I'm actually moving forward with my life instead of just playing video games all day), but at least I still felt shame about it. That story made me feel so much better about my situation because even if I'm not on the same level as most of my peers, at least I've been making a real effort to improve myself.
@@Wow-cr2ll The fact that you're working on improving and moving forward in your life is MILES ahead of that CB in the video. And Idk if this will mean anything or not but I'm proud of you :)

Yeah, I’ve paid a form of this kind of thing. Twice for the pga fedEx cup but there’s so many benefits… totally worth driving through wehawken nj at 5:30 am. Getting to meet pro golfers and their cadies, food tickets, breaks to watch the games, and so much more.
You know what I got for Christmas yesterday? A case of toilet paper and boy was I happy to get it! I was out and don't have room for knickknacks anyway. I get overwhelmed wondering where I will put new things. It was so cool. The other thing I wanted for Christmas was Corn Pops. I can't find them lately.
Second story: I'm surprised rSlash hasn't talked about the fact the poop belonged to the BROTHER's dog, and yet somehow the brother wasn't expected to clean it up. I agree OP should contribute to cleaning the house, but why is she expected to clean someone else's dog poop?
I will say this. We can't confirm if the dog isn't a family dog or not. Op could be saying the dog is the brothers to get sympathy. If the dog is their brothers, I would say yeah, op shouldn't be responsible at all, unless their brother has some form of health condition that prevents it, then its a joined responsibility in the whole family that can.
Plus he was automatically assuming that 23 year olds these days act like that. Like yeah, there are entitled people that will always act like little kids, but hearing Rslash say the things I hear on a daily basis from people who've just met me, is honestly just rude. He keeps saying to be nice to people and not be an a**hole, but then he says stuff like this.
@@grymhunter2849 He wasn't automatically assuming that 23 year olds act like that, he was saying it as a joke. I know, I spent 2k on mine and still is the budget version, if I built it the way I wanted it would be at least 4k, easily, and only the parts that go inside the case, without monitors, keyboard, mouse, etc.
'Free' tickets. For $300, plus a few hours of hard work, tickets _should_ be part of the 'experience'. They might actually make some money if they did that. And I do get it. There are fans who enjoy that whole behind-the-scenes kind of experience. I grew up with a family member in pro sports (not in the US), which has the obvious 'cool bit'; but honestly involves a lot of hanging around at venues, getting to know the people that do ALL that kind of stuff & always being in the first to arrive, last to leave group. I've seen professional clubs do that kind of thing for decades - although usually for kids, or through charities... Thinking... It's actually kind of weird. It's not like they can save money on employing someone to do it, because the entire listing is a lot of responsibilities. The marketing department would be way better off positioning it as 2 tickets to a game PLUS 'backstage passes' to see the work that goes into prep. It could be dangerous & irresponsible to even let untrained people deal with equipment.
Like, the ONE thing I can agree on with the "I'm hungry, but mom wants me to clean!" story: Is how it's not OP's dog that's crapping everywhere. So, like: *That* part I can give to OP. The brother shouldn't be allowed to let his dog crap everywhere, refuse to clean it, and then get to go on dates for it...
I'll go out on a limp and argue that the dog OP is talking about is the same she has in her picture. You know, when I was in the hospital when I was a kid, my tablet screen was broken so my mom went to go get it fixed. She brought it to this one-guy business and when he saw where my mom asked meet him, he gave us the repair for free. My mom wanted to meet him at the children’s hospital lobby. From then on, we made it kind of our family “code” thing to bring our business to him even if we live significantly far away. When people give you free stuff on your worst moments, it’s usually when you don’t ask for it and when you do get that, at least buy them a lunch someday. Edit: He’s now a bigger company. Not super big but he’s undoubtedly still very good at what he does. He doesn’t realize it but we’re probably his most loyal customers.
Has anyone else noticed that there's almost always something tragic that has happened in the family of the CB and that's why they want the item for free or at an obscenely reduced price?
The people of the first story are so greedy and needy like... did they expect this card to go to like Elon Musk or something?! And that the person who got this card would buy everything for them smh.
I am 26 and I still live with my parents. But yes, I pay them money for rent, our house is really big enough for even 4 families as they were well off as they build the house. I wash my own clothes and go grocery shopping, plus I clean the whole house as a thanks for paying cheaper rent than in the area around my work where I otherwise would want to live.
@@roccosteo8328 Are you going to pay the rent in the area I have to life in to get towards my two jobs? Because if I move out, the only way I can pay is with two jobs. A 35m² is 1.5k a month. Not counting heat, water, electricity. :)
I owned a coffee shop. We roasted our own coffee. The biggest gifts I ever gave were a $50 gift card to the coffee shop (rarely used, so nothing out of my pocket--sneaky business trick) or two pounds of freshly roasted coffee. But when charities would come in, I would arrange for a dozen or two donuts (those were brought in fresh every morning) and several airpots of free coffee for their morning meeting.
I'm glad the donuts very fresh every morning cause I've heard of charities that takes old muffin bottoms that stores can't sell and give it to the homeless I mean wtf? aren't homeless people and deserving of the muffin tops too?
@@scipioafricanus5871 I have started and run several, "soup kitchens" and food pantries. It is amazing what terrible food is given to the homeless and poor. There were more times than I can count that we had to toss food because it was stale, rotten, moldy, bulged cans and items that were simply unusable to the poor (I remember two 50 pound bags of wheat donated that needed to be ground into flour. I'm pretty well off, and I can't turn that into flour.). The way we treat the less fortunate is embarrassing.
Dude that second story is like wtf. Ive been working since 18 but unfortunately with cost of living going up a ton, I live with my mom but I clean and do everything for her so she doesnt have to
I’m 25 and still living with my mom and sister. At least for this next year. I have a whole plan and I’m moving out by 2023. But I buy my own groceries, my own food, and if the cats throw up we clean it based on who sees it. And if this person has $0 until their next paycheck, they either need a better job or a lesson on how to manage money. Smh
Honestly, the kid asking for 6000 doesnt seem too bad to me. She still believes in Santa, and Santa is a magical being who pulls gifts out of his ass. It's not that far a stretch to think he can give you money too. She also (as far as we know anyway) is trying to get it for her brother, but still wants to contribute her own money for it. Imagine a young kid saving 200 bucks for a present for their sibling. Thats literally insane. If my little sister saved 200$ to get me a present Id cry. I dont think shes entitled, just young and naive.
No way that is a 6-year-old with that handwriting and asking for visa cards. I’m pretty sure that’s one of those letters written by the parents for those programs that get underprivileged children their santas requests. Like the awful ones for usps operation Christmas child!
@@helenavioleta Operation Santa was the first thing I thought of when he started reading that letter. The requests some of those people make are insane!
I lived with my Grandmother till I was about 22. But I worked almost full time, payed rent, did most of the grocery shopping, most of the cooking/cleaning, as well as laundry. I also took care of her and made sure she was taking her meds and getting to and from her doctor appointments. When I moved to an apartment on my own I still brought over groceries once a week.
2:15 imma be honest, i was kinda with her there for a while until she said she was 23 with a job lol. I was thinking "Is it really greedy to expect your parent not to use food as a punishment" but then we got to that that. Buy your own food, lady
The Santa letter... that was a child. A CHILD! One young enough that she still believes in Santa. I would hardly call her a choosing beggar, she's just young, naive and still believes in the magic of Santa. Sure, a $6,000 gift is a lot to ask, but a kid that young probably doesn't understand the value of a dollar or that cheaper computers are possible. It sounds like shes a kid trying to do something selfless for her brother. Besides, its not like she's going to get $6,000 from Santa so whats the problem? As long as her parents are helping to teach her that $6,000 is a lot of money, there is no issue here.
I was listening to the podcast on Spotify and came here just to make pretty much this exact comment. I think this child was extraordinarily giving, since she was willing to give TWO. HUNDRED. DOLLARS for her brother to get this computer, even while obviously assuming Santa had an infinite amount of money. Any normal child would have said to the sibling "just put it on your list" or "well that's too bad", but this kid was willing to essentially give up her Christmas for a year. I think rSlash is entirely in the wrong here, and shouldn't have been so harsh.
I literally made the same comment because I couldn't find one like this. However there is a website where you can 'adopt' a child or an adult to like 'Foster' their Christmas where you can read what's on their Christmas list and then pick something and send it to them. The only way I would think that person is a choosing beggar is if they were an adult using that website.
@@rissarea23 this hear like wtf r/slash. If someone believes in Santa than they probably can't understand the value of a dollar. Child or disability wise. Like Santa is a magic being who would be able to easily get 6,000 dollars if he was real. It isnt an unreasonable ask if you truly believe in him. I think its really sweet. Though it's horrible if it's some scummy adult pretending for one of those adopt a family sites.
That was not the hand writing or grammar of a young child. Most likely it was written by an older child or adult, and the letter was probably pulled from the Operation Santa website where people of all ages can make requests for gifts but they have to address them to "Santa."
I'm 24 and hunting for jobs and live with my grandparents but like damn at least I make sure to keep things tidy and clean up after myself. And especially if the pets just had an emergency with uh, their body needs.

I'm going to be 23 this year & before I moved out of my Family's house I had to help take care of 4 dogs who would sometimes poop or pee in the house so I made sure that it was picked &/or cleaned up. I also helped with chores like taking out the trash & doing my own laundry & this was I was 17 in high school. now I'm living with roommates in a group home & 1 of them thinks he can just do whatever he wants & can get away with it by either saying "I don't know!" or try & blame it on me or 1 of my other roommates.
Growing up I had a friend with a dog poop issue at home. The issue was that their entire family, including my friend had no problem with their large dog doing it's business wherever it wanted to in their house and they NEVER cleaned up after it. Piles everywhere and the smell was way past disgusting. I only saw the inside of their house once and the friendship didn't last long after discovering this about him and his family. 🤢

About the story with OP not caring about the dog shit, that’s not an age thing. My ex was 24-28 throughout our relationship and had trained her dog to go inside on a pad as opposed to outside with my dog in the fenced backyard. So for about 4 years I was dealing with seeing dog shit on and around the pad that she never picked up. I was doing it myself when I saw it because I could not stand it but she was cool to let it sit there for days.
As a 23 year old, I was the only reason dog feces wasn't always in the house. When I moved out, one corner became the feces corner and it's disgusting. I was 18 when I left, so she has no excuse.
The second story frightfully reminds me of my 30+ brother. He still lives with our mother and he leaves the kitchen a mess when he makes cofee, it's like he loses most of his motor skills and he NEVER cleans up after himself. I even had to scream at him what must have been around a dozen times to flush the toilet everytime he used it. I don't know what he would eat that made it look like he tried shoving a full sized chocolate cake down the drain.
Cleaning house story: They shouldn’t be expected to clean up after their brothers dog. Their brother should do that. That being said- They should pay rent, do the dishes, at least buy SOME of their own groceries, etc… It’s fair to still live at home. I definitely can’t blame anyone for that, but don’t be THAT lazy. I’m 20, live with my half sibling (now their partner lives with us too). I contribute towards rent, I buy my own food, I do the dishes, take care of the animals, etc… Although unless all the laundry is mine, I won’t do that. My sibling likes it done in a VERY specific way (as with most of the cleaning, which they obsess over) and apparently I just “don’t do it right” and I “contaminate” it. So I leave that to them-per their instructions. Edit: I clean up whenever they aren’t around to nitpick or yell at me, for the record.
Who the hell buys a 1.5 million dollar house, and then goes whining around for a $19 000 commission ??? If 19k is that important to her, then maybe she shouldn't be aiming at a 1.5M house ...
23 year old living with parents here. I don’t do my own groceries because they “take up space” but I do clean the kitchen regularly, keep the house tidy, and clean up after my dad’s dog. That OP is insane -.-
Same. I was thinking Dog shit? okay so this is like a 13 year old mad that she 'was starving' because her mom wouldn't treat her to like a fast food or expensive place unless she cleaned or something but no Im 10 years off and this is a grown ass adult with a job leeching off her family
@@tidepodpadthai2633 exactly what I was thinking… if it’s the brothers dog and IF she had no say on not getting the dog than it isn’t CB problem. Like dishes and stuff yeah CB needs to do but why clean up someone’s dogs mess?
@RandomBuilds Man same and while I do think this grown ass person is doing a whole lot of bitching, they are right that the punishment is unequally balanced. This thing mom wants is for the house to be cleaned and is holding food over their heads to do it. OP's brother does not need to care about the food part, he's making it some other way so the punishment disproportionately falls on OP. If the brother will not clean up after the dog then mom needs to have the two of them leave. But OP does need to grown the fuck up, at least do the dishes, and perhaps learn the value of cleanliness because I legitimately did think OP was 13 for a couple seconds there.
@@ArtyMcKenzie I agree, though you do have to question peoples ignorance from the comments saying “just leave” as not many people are financially stable to leave their parents homes especially with house prices expensive and rent also being expensive and with the pandemic not helping either… but yeah CB needs to start cleaning dishes or cleaning the house and not complain. I also thought CB would be young and thought it was reasonable complaint till I saw they were like 23
The story about the guy refusing to clean reminds me of a friend I used to have. Always talked about how he had no food (there was food in the house, he just didn’t personally like it), and was almost homeless (he wasn’t) he scammed around 5k of money out of friends before we dropped him. Mess of a person it was so weird. And we knew he had food cuz some of us went to his house, and he spent the entire time complaining that he didn’t like the food and yelling at his mom.

@@vulpixle9659 Agreed. The brother should be picking up the poop, though if he's not doing it, OP should do it since it's so unsanitary to leave it around. She should then tell her brother to pick up after the dog, and, if he doesn't, she'll pick it up again and put the bag of poo in the brother's room so he can take it out to the trash. 5:41 That could unfortunately backfire. CB could ask a friend to pretend to be a CB and "negotiate" for like 5 bucks. Then the ACTUAL CB would show up with those 5 bucks.
4:30 This dude could seriously just go to the library. It is one of the best things in existence, a free place with all the books you could ever want, and often computer access.
I'm 22 and leaving two bowls on the sink and not throwing the trash is enough for my lazy ass to do something. Crap on the floor? I'll go into panic cleaning mode.
1:40 I'm also 23 and living with my mom, the only thing really separating me from this brat is that I usually handle the grocery shopping and household chores, and take my sister's dog out regularly to do his business and keep the floors clean.. I'm nervous to end up like that ;u;
I'm 23 and I can't help but shake my head at this entitled 23 year old. I will admit that I'm not always onto of cleaning my part of the house but I just graduated from college with a degree in education and have been working like 5 part time jobs, which all but one are cleaning. So if my house looks and smells gross it's because I'm busy and tired and have been cleaning other places and don't want to clean on my time off, but when I have the time then I do. This other 23 year old needs to get over them self.
Agreed. Being in/just out of college is super hard right now. Which is why my parents haven't been pressuring me to move out. There's also Covid as well...
As someone with a degree in parks and recreation, it is shockingly common for sports and tourism locations to charge for work. See, the industry is incredibly competitive and those who work in these places are insanely passionate about their work, so they basically get anyone they want and more. But then, they turn it around, and charge the applicants for "experience." There's a ski place in my state that charges 300$ for the annual ski pass for employees upfront, before they even get paid. Meaning if you get the job, they want 300$ before your first day. Not every facility or organization does this, but too many do since they can get away with it. I guarantee that the basketball facility had plenty of people who paid to come in and clean just to say they were involved for a resume for somewhere else.
Regarding the "No, you pay us" story, I saw on social media a while back that the University of Florida football team was trying this as well. Asked fans to pay about $300 to set up the locker room before a game.
I’m 31 and have a cat, I’m mostly bedridden disabled due to permanent nerve damage, I’ve mobility issues, I can’t bend properly (there’s a bunch of movements I can’t do) and walk with a cane… if my cat leaves a wee nugget outside the tray or scoots her arse on the floor because she has a dangling dingleberry, I will immediately clean up her “present”, it’ll cause me a large amount of pain and discomfort as my body can’t bend easily and reaching the floor is difficult, but I would rather deal with that discomfort and pain over having literal piles of steaming shyte lying around my home, like WTAF OP?!?!? Bro I’m a cripple and I’m cleaning my cat Florence’s presents IMMEDIATELY, because ignoring it is just disgusting, why would you wanna live in a home surrounded by literal poopsicles?!?
Gotta be honest here, her brother should take care of the dog if the animal belongs to him. Not defending her actions or anything but still.
To be fair to OP on cleaning the house, if the crap is from the brother's dog, then he should be responsible for cleaning it up.
The "Clean the house for food" Story baffles me...Before OP stated that he's 23, I legitimately thought he was 13-15 years old.

I love how that locker room posting broke RSlashes brain for a solid minute. Imagine paying to work for them, and still not getting free tickets

However there is a website where you can 'adopt' a child or an adult to like 'Foster' their Christmas where you can read what's on their Christmas list and then pick something and send it to them. That was not the hand writing or grammar of a young child. Most likely it was written by an older child or adult, and the letter was probably pulled from the Operation Santa website where people of all ages can make requests for gifts but they have to address them to "Santa."
New drinking game: Do a shot every time rSlash says "as a youtuber"
Wouldn't that just be alcohol poisoning?
@@WhtAbtBob10 maybe idk
Wait... should I say r/woooosh??
That's a crazy low commission rate. We just bought a $545k house and our realtor made nearly $50k in commission.
Happy 2022 to you and your family and again thank you for the everyday content!🙂
Happy New Year Rslash! Thanks for giving me a year of laughs!
I'm 24 and hunting for jobs and live with my grandparents but like damn at least I make sure to keep things tidy and clean up after myself. And especially if the pets just had an emergency with uh, their body needs.
I'm getting sick. I hope that rSlash is able to fight off my sickness with his KAREN voice. X'D
If the woman asking the reduction from a realtor is scamming about her dad’s death, at least it’s better than actually trying to capitalize on it. Good grief! I mean, literally, for her.
Happy 2022 Rslash
I’m 23 and before I started living on my own (on my own choice because I’m in a committed relationship and taking the next steps) and when I was still living with my parents we made a deal that I do the chores for rent (since I wasn’t making a lot at my job at the time) in return they will feed me border me and help me with my rent at my new apartment
Just be nice to your parents 23 year olds it will help you (unless you’re in a bad situation with your parents)
Ahhh...choosing beggars. I can't think of a better to start my day. 😁😁😁
@Tommy Gaming 🅥 No
I probably would have negotiated with the choosing beggar in "Emergency Surgery" If he was nice
Nope. There is no uni, no daughter, and no surgery, just a choosing beggar.
such a way to start the year. With a good old fashion "choosingbeggars" story.
Plus the added sounds of Yugo in the background!
@@ErexiaPuff miss puppy bloopers though.
I feel a lot better about myself now after listening to the story about the 23 year old who won't clean
At this point you can’t watch this man without being subscribed. 365 days , and he never misses a day . It’s literally New Year’s Day , thank you rslash 😭❤️🔥
10:34 i love how you can see the change in the voice from a normal sane person to a choosing beggar.
Yay! Here from notifications! Always watch Rslash when eating my breakfast in the morning, and this is the second time I’ve got a notification for a new video whilst watching! Lucky
Day 389 of telling him he's making everyone day better
:]
Aw that's nice

Well said!
I've been listening every single day since 2018
Still going strong I see
For the computer I do wonder if it was Australia, computer prices for them can get insane at times from what I read. And if they looked at a computer with a 3080 Ti it could easily be close to $6k.
I was also wondering, because I live in Europe and no way any machine that's not a server would cost that much, not even with a 1000€ or more GPU.
Aussie here with a pc gamer ex, 6k is still pretty ridiculous here. You'd be looking at top end everything.
Do we know that this was usd? The conversation rate my have been different, making 6,000 look like a lot. (Take for example the Japense Yen, where 6,000 ¥ would only be around 52 usd).
The IKEA Malm dresser been recalled for tipping over on small children. There have been actual deaths reported! I’ve owned two for years and I can say with relief that I was a bit on the anxious side and had them anchored to the wall from day one without hearing of any recall. People, always anchor dressers and large furniture. Dressers can tip when just a couple of drawers are opened and kids have died with other models as well.
Yep these choosing beggars are nuckin' fits. I'm not even comfortable with the social security administration telling me that I am entitled to benefits but that's the only because from what I've seen the term entitled or entitlement is a dirty word.
For the story of the 23 year old not eating, it’s literally the definition of “You’re not you when your hungry. Eat a Snickers!”
I was 18 when I left, so she has no excuse.
another day, a new rslash video signaling that it is now 6 am and i still haven’t slept 😭😁
CB from the last story: "Hmm... I could go for a new house."
6th Father: **Sweating**
First Rslash of the year and its a choosing beggars! Happy New year dude x
Could have done without the graphic depictions🤢🤮🤢🤮 now I have to postpone dinner.

Cleaning house story:
They shouldn’t be expected to clean up after their brothers dog. Their brother should do that.
That being said-
They should pay rent, do the dishes, at least buy SOME of their own groceries, etc…
It’s fair to still live at home. I definitely can’t blame anyone for that, but don’t be THAT lazy.
I’m 20, live with my half sibling (now their partner lives with us too). I contribute towards rent, I buy my own food, I do the dishes, take care of the animals, etc…
Although unless all the laundry is mine, I won’t do that.
The people who are buying houses are usually no stranger to shady dealings.
23 year old living with parents here. I don’t do my own groceries because they “take up space” but I do clean the kitchen regularly, keep the house tidy, and clean up after my dad’s dog. That OP is insane -.-
Happy new year, I bloody adore those videos!
omg, I am cackling in my office over this second story and your commentary on "is that what its like to be 23 these days". lol.
Second story: I was with the CB until the part where the dirty is literally DOG SHIT! Them we got to the part she's 23, and any sympathy left vanished
Same. I was thinking Dog shit? okay so this is like a 13 year old mad that she 'was starving' because her mom wouldn't treat her to like a fast food or expensive place unless she cleaned or something but no Im 10 years off and this is a grown ass adult with a job leeching off her family
It's the brother's dog though so he should clean it
@@tidepodpadthai2633 exactly what I was thinking… if it’s the brothers dog and IF she had no say on not getting the dog than it isn’t CB problem.
“Just Clean the House, Moron!” (Lol) - I had a _tiny_ bit of sympathy for CB until she mentioned there was dog doo-doo lying around in the house. Clean that sh1t up, lady! Pun intended
Happy new year! So both rSlash and Omni are working on secret projects. I look forward to seeing them if/when they come out
Personally I think her brother should clean up the poop because it is his dog
@@vulpixle9659 same here. Assuming what CB posted was true, I wonder if her mom favors CB’s brother over CB?
@@maieen2665 same because my sister is in high school and she has 2 dogs and she’s the only one who picks up there poop because there her dogs sometimes she will ask me if I can pick up there poop if she’s really busy with a school thing but other then that she’s the only one who cleans up after them so let’s say OPs brother is the younger sibling and is in high school then he could still pick up after his dog
Maybe after a bag of poop or two, he'll learn to pick it up himself.
5:41 That could unfortunately backfire. CB could ask a friend to pretend to be a CB and "negotiate" for like 5 bucks. Then the ACTUAL CB would show up with those 5 bucks.
Posting on r/choosingbeggars is a far better method of promotion than “exposure”.
Wow that realtor and their team really goes all out.
I feel bad that the recently deceased father is being used to get a house
“Does my type of content do well on TikTok? The answer is no.” Ahahaha
The guitar session one I dont really see as choosing begging. It seems more like she was just trying to find him a jam buddy.
1:40 I'm also 23 and living with my mom, the only thing really separating me from this brat is that I usually handle the grocery shopping and household chores, and take my sister's dog out regularly to do his business and keep the floors clean.. I'm nervous to end up like that ;u;
Q - How to get fed in your Parents House?
A - Either buy your own Food or DO THE DAMN CHORES!!
Don't yell, mate, the neighbors are sleeping.
Happy 2022 RSlash! Hope to enjoy another year of stories with you,Yugo, and Lily to tag along
5:15 He immediately jumped from "I realize this is a big ask" to "F*** you!"
Sister doesn't want a computer for her brother. She wants 6,000 USD for herself.
Keep up the good content man👍
You should do a video reading some of the negative reviews on your podcast they are comedic gold
i hope everyone having a good day
Feces around the house randomly is a biohazard lol
Happy new year rSlash :)
Regarding the "No, you pay us" story, I saw on social media a while back that the University of Florida football team was trying this as well. Asked fans to pay about $300 to set up the locker room before a game.
Love your videos
23 and I clean when I'm hungry lmao, but that might be my adhd hyper fixation 🤣🤣
Brothers dog: Shits & probably pisses all over the house.
Brother & mom: This is her fault! And theres some dishes not done! Starve her!
