During the fight with the combiners, Prowl's hidden ally Rattrap, managed to steal the enigma of combination. Prowl used the enigma to combine with Optimus Prime,Ironhide,Sunstreaker and Mirage, to form Optimus Maximus. Now it became Optimus Maximus,Superion and Defensor Vs Devastator and Menasor. The autobot combiners defeated the decepticon combiners. After this, Prowl is back in Cybertronian custody. Also, the combining with Prowl, made Optimus Prime more aggressive. So once Prowl mentioned still going through with his plan to stop Starscream, Optimus Prime viewed Prowl as a threat to peace. And this is the fight that you saw in this video.
