Does not work. The software update has never worked. Always says, go to website. No updates there as well. I do not use Samsung phone. Only TV and will never purchase another. It never remembers WiFi. I have unplugged and plugged for almost two years now. Happened the first week of owning. Sent by mail for repair. They claimed they replaced network. They lied.

Reset your Tv Unplug your WiFi or monitor wait a minute and plug it back in. Everything will start working again. Promise you it will work.

None of this worked. My Tv is about 3 to 5 years old.
