  • Sept. 17 (Bloomberg) -- It’s a fabric used by top designers and fashion houses like Vivienne Westwood, Mulberry and Hugo Boss. It’s so special it has a British Act of Parliament to ensure its authenticity. But the Harris Tweed used to craft classic jackets and overcoats employs some rather remarkable production methods. And they might just be keeping the industry alive. Bloomberg's Tom Gibson reports.
