With all of the latest nerfs on his beta and gamma, he doesn't own the top of the tier lists like he used to. It's time for a new Todoroki Skill so that Todoroki can be the ultimate carry in Ranking for easy Victories!

Hell nah they need to go straight to season 7 for Todoroki the way they nerfed him. They can make his new move his passive ability and it could boost stats or something👀
Kirashima’s special action needs a buff I think he should get a shield reload when he has his special activated.. Give him like 30-40% of his shield back over time

I just randomly use it, sometimes, i let my enemies really low, and try to kill them with it, sometimes they are low enough and it's funnily petty
