Any pattern I want to reuse again and again, I am now transferring onto cheap interfacing so I can keep it in good shape.

At about the 13:02 mark, when you see the bag to lining, around the handles pivot 90degrees and seam off the fabric. This way, when Roy turn right sides out and go to top stitch it’s much easier to get a smooth line.
That should read “sew the bag…” the pivots are at the point where you start and finish the stitching around the handles.
