Regarding the "pay to win", they actually just replaced the battlepass with the +, at the same price, and added a tier between them. They actually made it cheaper to get hero select, and the same price to get full advantage. It's very poor branding.
It's only really relevant against other summon builds (so beetles or undead), other stuff usually has too many stats and your minions are 2+ for 1-ing anyway. In this game for example it would've done next to nothing vs the final opponent; Dog's minions being 75/1 or 75/150 is irrelevant against the 300/300 and 800/800. It's pretty funny to use on other builds as Teron though, just hero power your biggest minion and triple it's health.
