Sister, I feel you! Straight after NYE, we got evicted (after 7 years) for sale purposes. I was lucky enough to find a new apartment in only 10 days, and just 1 km away. But the stress of moving while working, closing bill contracts, dealing with past/new landlord, decluttering the amount of sh** accumulated in all these years, providing documentation, changing address, etc just destroyed me! Losing my sleep and routine made me feel overwhelmed and exhausted 😢 Now that we are all settled, is going better. Stay strong, this too shall pass ❤

Yes! Loads of vegan junk food isn't plant based, like vegan nuggets, facon, crisps, sweets etc. Plant based is mostly whole plant foods, like legumes, veggies, fruits, nuts etc.
Life from 501 6th century to 21st century have lot of changes healthy lifestyle is better all the ways. Life is watching learning passing thinking.
You’re not ‘treating’ yourself by providing your body with an adequate amount of energy. I always have at least 2 (thick) slices of bread for lunch even on days where I’m not moving at all - for most people that’s the bare minimum (if not more)
I don’t mean this as criticism but just something to be mindful of as it can be taken the wrong way by younger impressionable viewers :) good luck with the move!
