do you know how to finish adding a subscription app? my spouse wants to add a sport channel and though we have an invoice, it states the merchant has not completed the transaction.....a downside of ROKU is they do not have a support service, one must pay as for a third party vendor for support. I am leery of such obtaining access to my computer.

Hey hello there I know what I did my power socket is a little too far to my tv so it barely gets there for me to connect so while I was cleaning my home I think I may have pulled the plug and made my connection lose now I can hear text to audio voiceover and the screen is black
