Dean was very, very clear. He wanted Pru to be with Ben and Miranda, and that's where she should stay. 19 is her family, just as it was and is Andy's. I don't get why the Millers don't honor that and stop acting like they're better than everyone else.

We haven’t got this season here in U.K. yet but maybe they or having regrets on how they raised dean and pru is the only think they now have left of him so they thinking they could try and redo all the wrong things with pru and bring her up the way they should have with dean I hope Ben and Miranda win tho but i may go on for a few episodes and then dean’s family change they minds and Ben and Miranda let them she her at weekends or when they both on night shifts
Forget the Miller's, how do they even have a case here is what I don't understand. He was her father, he put it in writing, end of story

They’ve never respected Dean yet wants to have custody over Pru. It’s disgusting honestly. Even till his death they still don’t respect and treat him with at least some level of respect. They treat Pru like some asset. Like some insurance they get after their child’s death. But don’t take into consideration. Can they take care of the child.

Even In death they didn’t respect/listen to him. His father is weak and his mother is a control freak. I hate the way they (especially her) treated Dean when he was alive… the way they treated him and behaved before and after Pru. I’m so glad she ended up with Ben and Miranda. The nerve and hypocrisy of his parents. They may be grieving in their own way, but they’re pathetic and that guilt is finally eating away at them.

I’ve been saying that Dean’s mum is sick since season 3 and so I CALLED IT
I hardly think she was sick two seasons ago.. it was two years ago and a million things have changed since then in the show. Including an entire season about a pandemic.
The writers probably though about it like two weeks ago when they got tired of thinking of a smart way to end this custody battle and got bored with the plotline.
Like in Grey's, once the subject of custody will be over Pru will probably disappear and we'll see her once in a season.
@@noashom idk when Dean’s parents were introduced I remember thinking that she was rushing too much even for an overbearing parent as if she wanted him to have his life together before she died.

They were introduced in the 2 second but Dean described them(and especially his mother) as always trying to control his and his sister'd lives. So unless she was sick through his entire childhood, it's just her character.

Dean's parents are acting like Miranda and Ben will keep them from Pru. I mean let them stay the grandparents and so that way they can be the fun one and let Miranda and Ben be parents. Or get split custody of Pru.

The absurdity of this storyline is that unless Ben and Bailey were proven to be unfit parents the court was bound by Dean's will. The grandparents could have spent a fortune in legal fees but any decent attorney should have told them they had almost no chance of winning in a custody fight...unless, of course, the laws are different in Washington state than the states I've resided in.

They have no right to just show and take Pru away from her other family dean parents never cared about him they hated that he was a firefighter they wanted nothing to do with him or his life but then when he died here they come acting like they care and snatches a little girl from the only Family she's ever known dean made it very clear that if something happened to him Pru would be with Miranda and Ben his parents need to respect his wishes and leave Pru be

Millers parents wanted him to be a desk jockey. Wear a suit and look important . They did not want him to be a firefighter.
What about Prue's other grand parents ?, Where they informed Dean had died ?, Does JJ know ?, Prue is such a cute little girl.
Yes, in an earlier episode Ben and Bailey's lawyer told them that the Millers and the other grandparents agreed on visitation rights.
As for JJ, she has no rights over Pru.

Ok so she had the wrong person dying. The point is y'all tried to play her and her husband.
They missed a prime opportunity to talk about the life of co-parenting foster and adoptive children with their biological relatives.
Does Bailey forget about her own health problems? She had a heart attack, she's got mental health problems... I wouldn't attack the grand parents that way if I were her.
That can backfire! I hope for Ben and her to take care of Pru, I do. But sometimes the writing is bull.
Bailey has more support though and her mental illness is OCD..which she developed after a paitent caught N infection in the OR ..not schizophrenia she is healthy now the other lady has a bad heart and can drop dead from stress ... so not the same
Agree. I was very surprised that Bailey went on the attack like that. I didn’t know she could get that nasty. She’s usually a fierce but kind person. I guess she figured that wasn’t exactly working up until this point.
There's a very big difference between having had one heart attack and having a terminal heart condition. You can have one heart attack, survive and go on to live very long, healthy life.
She spoke facts she had one heart attack but doesn't have a heart condition and she's on meds for her ocd that was brought on by a traumatic experience
They are well documented. Nothing has even hidden. And it still is the fact that dean wanted Miranda and Ben to raise his daughter. So much so that he put it in. Writing
I know Miranda not threatening mrs miller heart problem when Miranda have a heart problem herself. Anything could happen to Ben at any time. Both couples in same boat

What would you have her do instead?? Disregard the man’s final wishes for his daughter?? they were not good parents to their son. He put it in writing that he wanted his baby girl to be raised by Ben and Miranda and it’s because he knew what his parents influence might have on Pru. But instead of one time honoring their son’s wishes they wanted to take Pru. Probably to have a “do over” kid. They weren’t thinking about what was best for her they were thinking about what was best for them. Miranda said what she said because it’s what Dean would have done and it is what is best for the girl

She’s their grandchild. Bailey pulling rank. Grandparents should see their grandkids what the grandparents proposing is not unfair. What did the now deceased father wrote in his letter against his parents? Alternate holidays while Miranda and Ben have her for everyday.
