I imagine building an Emiel by doing Unicorn Trible but also doing heavy enchantments. Hardened scales, annointed and the eldrazi combo and things like armadillo cloak and doubling season and good strong enchantment auras like the totems.
You can blink fiend hunter while it is on the stack to permanently remove something. It is the same way modern death and taxes work w tidehollow sculler. Flickerwisp and acidic slime are good adds.
Ok so first of all I love your channel, just found it about a week ago. I loved your Mangara the diplomat deck, the strong version. I really like how you do a deck in 3 different ways, haven't seen any other content creators do that. Second of all, you do a deck tech on the coolest unicorn in magic, AND the video starts with a video clip of Michael Scott, Worlds Best Boss?!?!?!?!?! I cant get enough of this shit, keep em' coming man!!!
I think notably with persist Emiel can use the second ability to remove the counter, allowing for infinite etbs with a phyrexian altar or similar effects. That seems like an easy combo for the deck to pull off, as well as staying in color.
Workhorse, 6 colorless mana and comes in with 4 +1/+1 counters, remove one for 1 colorless mana. infinite blink it with Cathars crusade or any other "when a creature enters/leaves the battlefield" trigger.
Mangara of Corondor is amazing with Emiel! You can blink it with the ability on the stack, to prevent Mangara from exiling himself, kinda slow but fairly powerful.
@@JakeandJoelareMagic You can do the same with Fiend Hunter, while the Exile trigger is in the stack, since when it leaves it's not the same instance of Fiend Hunter.
Utilizing the etb's is the way I'd go, until they get better unicorn's ( Pegasus, horses, griffens, we are stuck with soliders, humans and maybe kithkins for tribal
I think you're undervaluing that Emiel returns it immediately instead of at end step, and doesn't tap either. Imagine having a couple mana dorks and flickering Village Bell-Ringers? Can't do that so effectively in a Roon deck.
Thanks for watching! These are mostly about providing a structure and a starting place, while leaving flexible slots open for the viewer to add their own suggestions.

oh interesting, you mean while the ability is on the stack?
Yeah , let it hit the stack and than respond.

This is what I was thinking along w workhorse combo
definitely! Persist is awesome here.
workhorse could definitely work here

oh yeah, that's a cool interaction! Thank you for sharing!

Great breakdown
My horn can Pierce the Sky from Dominaria
Omg lol
Fun card. Thanks
Cloudstone doesnt return creatures to opponents’ hands.
Could you blink Fiend Hunter with its ETB trigger on the stack to lock a way a creature permanently?
@jake and Joel can you do a three ways to do Lathliss dragon queen?
You got it, added to the list
Utilizing the etb's is the way I'd go, until they get better unicorn's ( Pegasus, horses, griffens, we are stuck with soliders, humans and maybe kithkins for tribal
I think that's a great way to go
Vid is awesome ... thx.
Mono white unicorns FTW!
The blink strategy would likely end up as a roon deck without blue, I don't think unicorn tribal on its own is good enough just yet.

Sir, i realy need the decklist! :-)

Cloudstone only bounces your stuff or not?
yeah, it bounces your creatures back to your hand so you can recast them for the ETBs if you want! uh oh, did I misspeak?
Roon if adding blue
I wish they'd made it an enchantment creature.
Me too. Might have made it to strong, though? Would have been cool.
