I was so into meditation and the spiritual realm that I started to see waves of lines all around me , then I took bad with my heart and was rushed to hospital, I didn't think much of it until you mentioned it, my family are keeping me grounded especially my grand son they need me around in this very toxic times, and yes my diet and walking away from toxic people has changed keeping my peaceful life is essential in my life now. I did the same as a youth but started having seizures. Then i moved across country and spent 8 years alone in my studies. Now though something has changed and I can open my Chakras and hit a higher vibration while walking and doing normal day to day things. It's like a hug from the most high now adays. Unfortunately I can't be around toxic or negative people at all. In the end I found people like me and we hang all the time. It has been an interesting journey.

i try to let go all of my pain lose but i can't i got so many lock in my heart it hurt all the time i'm sorry i let every body down but keep my strength strong to lift heavy things up so i don't think about pain all the time i keep prey god help me please to let go all of this pain from all these years people hurt me when i was 12 year old kid i was working for this guy i said i work this old house and he said ok you see that old big garage and i said yes he said you sanding all and paint all to i said ok i do it it took me 3 day get it all done and walk home every day in rain and told my mom and dad i work for home and i went back to see the guy he told my mom and dad he don't no me he lie right in front me all that work for nothing all got hit hard for my mom and dad for lie to them both i got god in me i keep for ever i never want to be mean i want to be nice for ever and i don't lie because god no i always tell the true from my heart i wish i have friends but i don't and i don't got no one in my life all sad and alone for ever
