- This one is more for the hard core climbing fans out there that love to watch moves on the rock. Harry Parterre is a 40m beast which took me around 15 mins to climb, we shot this one with the DJI Mavic Pro and I climbed as efficiently and fast as I could for my flash burn.
I hope you enjoy the video and if you did please leave a like and a comment below about it. See you in the next one as we have some awesome Kalymnos videos coming up about new areas and more of these drone epics haha
Harry Parterre is one of the top 50 routes in Kalymnos and definitely one of my favourites of the trip, I used this one and the 7a+ next to it to practice my flashing/onsiting techniques which have come on leaps and bounds in the last month. 40m of sustained climbing makes the grade as there are no particular crux move though do watch out for the mono in the first few mins haha

Looks sick, one of those routes you just loose yourself in because it’s so absorbing.
What sector is it?
Just getting my wish list together for April 💪
This was an absolute classic!!! Thanks for commenting, made me go back and watch this vid and remember some great times just before the pandemic!!! There was a line next to this a grade up that was just as good too, get that on your list!!! Good luck and crush it when you are there in April 🤙 (This ones obvious but you need to do DNA!!!!)
@@ChrisHaileyTrainHardDiveEasy cheers bud, I’ll check it out. Already been on DNA but dropped the last move just before the massive rest near the chains.🤦🏻♂️
It used to be 6c+, as far as I know. But yes, a great and sustained route!
6c+/7a doesn't matter to me, sick route and a great warm up for the one next to it. Deimos Extension was just as good if not better. Looking forward to a return and cranking some of the harder ones in this area. Some of the most amazing rock ive ever had the pleasure to pull on :-)
This video was done with the mode "Follow me" of the Mavic Pro?
Im not sure if we used the follow me or I had someone filming this one operating the drone. Awesome routes to shoot with the drone though!!!
@@ChrisHaileyTrainHardDiveEasy In general the option "Follow me" works well for climbing? Do you have any experience with it?
It seems to work well when the wind is minimal and the climber is wearing a bright colour in contrast to the rock, position the drone away from any overhangs though :-)
@@ChrisHaileyTrainHardDiveEasy OK! Thank you!!!
