Ingredients for baking bread:
250 grams of bread flour
50 grams of milk
35 grams of water
30 grams of sugar
5 grams of yeast
3 grams of salt
1 egg
30 grams of butter
First, mix milk, water and sugar
Then add the egg and mix the ingredients
Add yeast and then add flour along with salt
Mix the dough first with a spoon and then with your hands until there is no lump
When the mixture becomes homogeneous, add soft butter and knead first with a spoon and then with your hands
When the softened butter becomes a paste, start kneading the dough on the cardboard surface
Continue this for 7 minutes
Now roll the dough and rest it in a greased container for 1 hour
Then divide the dough into 4 parts and round each part
Cover the dough and rest for 10 minutes
Now open the balls of dough in the oven tray with your hand and make holes with your finger and put pieces of butter in the holes.
Spray with water and then sprinkle sugar on the dough and bake in a hot oven at 200 degrees for 18 minutes.
