Kubota’s battle to become part of the 150hp-plus conversation took a new twist last month after HRN, one of Scotland’s biggest machinery dealers, penned a deal to sell and service its equipment.
The move is a major coup for the Japanese manufacturer, with the six ex-John Deere depots offering unrivalled access to a huge tractor market.
