The Santa Monica show from this tour was filmed by a professional four-man camera crew, but, sadly, that footage has gone missing.

Really? I didn't know about that. I've always thought that the video of "Ziggy Stardust" that was released on VHS by Trident/Griffin was synced to footage from another show.
