I like how they'd made Aerith in this remake, that she has a sweet, caring personality, but underneath she has an edge, growing up in slums, so she has no issue hitting someone in the face with a chair if they deserve it of telling someone she dislikes to screw off.

Yeah she was already kinda like that in the original. For some reason, when people are looking back through nostalgic glasses, they tend to get Aeris' and Tifa's personalities mixed up. I guess it makes sense since Tifa is the "badass brawler" and Aeris is the "healer who gets killed", but Aeris was always pretty rebellious and independent, while Tifa was more emotional and sometimes even a bit love-sick. It's good that they got her personality right for the remake, since it would be easy to go with the version that many people feel nostalgic for.
I hate it. I prefer the original Aerith. They completely destroyed her character in more ways than one. 1. They gave her a horrible English voice, the one in advent children was much better. The Japanese original is also a lot better. 2. They got rid of her innocent nature 3. Shed too clingy

Likewise, she got mvp for my version of the fight. Healed her just as Heartless Angel struck, and that set off her limit so I could instantly Healing Wind the party and "no u" the move. Then she still had double ATB, so I had her use Ray of Judgement to finish him. The timing couldn't have worked better, felt amazing

No, none of the choices based in the game prior to this point influences who joins first and then second. It's all based on what you did during the Whispers Harbinger battle. Aerith starts out with the most points, then Barret and then Tifa. You gain points for each of them for using abilities, killing the whisper fighters, whisper Bahamut and finishing off the Harbinger itself. Aerith gains the most points for anything she does, then Barret and then Tifa. It will either be Aerith or Tifa who join the Sephiroth fight first and then the other or Barret. Aerith kinda wins by default with her gaining the most points quickly and starting out with the highest. To get Tifa and Barret together you really just have to not do anything with Aerith in the whispers battle and let the AI control her. I'm so happy that Aerith got to fight Sephiroth though in remake. I had been waiting for that chance for so many years. A truly amazing moment that I didn't get to experience my first playthrough because I got Tifa first. This scene was such a treat my second playthrough, I didn't think the game could get any better by that point

Calmly saying "Screw him" is such a casual reaction to a supersoldier with the ability to manipulate fate almost dropping a boulder the size of a house on your ally's head.
What I wanted to say is screw this game for not letting me use Aerith in this final battle, even though she is the character I used the most in the entire game.
It depends on which character you used the most in the previous battle with Arbiter of fate. If you played Aerith most she comes to aid you first and vice versa

What if Arieth is the bad guy in this game maybe her spirit got tired of being in the life stream and is trying to make a new timeline where she and everyone she loves is alive and gets what they want to be happy?
Actually, Aerith's voice is very realistic (because her voice actress sounds similar when she speaks normally) and it fits Aerith's original character, sweet, gentle, and full of wonder but also spunky. Be careful when you're judging character voices because sometimes they're not too far off from their voice actor's normal voices.
