Man I have been using PNG and crisp crisp crisp. PNG has much tighter lines than JPG. PNG, PSD, TIFF all great. II think a big mistake people make is too small of an image or a low quality version of an image. I am now printing straight out of Photoshop and am no longer using the Sawgrass creative suite. It is faster and easier for me. And lets me work with TIFFs or PSDs without needing to convert. Also, I FINALLY figured out my memory error with my SG1000. It turns out it was really a paper feed problem. It turns out my bypass tray was bad. Sawgrass sent me a new one and I am now printing like crazy. I love the SG1000. It is my favorite method so far.
@@adubbproductions it is super easy. From photoshop, you choose the Sawgrass print manager as your printer. It shows up in your list of printers. It is sort of a virtual printer. Right there you can manage your colors. It allows you to pick your material and paper. So the results are the same. You just get to skip creative suite. It saves a few steps and is way easier for me to deal with. Make sure you let the printer manage colors so PS does not try to take control of final color.

If you pick the printer itself, that is where color issues will happen because you would need the icc profiles for the paper and substrate. The print manager takes care of all of that.
I have been hearing different things about printing NFL and college logos also fraternities and sororities. How can I get my business set up to print the items.
My sawgrass sg500 is sitting on the floor with no ink,I use the hell out of my F570 and I print straight affinity designer and when I was using my Sg500 I would just open up my image that’s been saved from another software through print manager and print from there idk when the last time I used creative studio
I normally use pdf when using the silky sock template. But don't use my sawgrass for sock anymore. I print right to my Epson printer right from photo shop. And you should try the 35 secs like they call for you will be surprised you will spend less time at the press and get the same results or even better. But I also know you like to do it your way just give it a shot. Does look like the color didn't over sublimated.

You are printing from Photoshop directly to the sg1000? We need to know how? I tried it once and the colors were off.
