KAO Beatbox do you have any tips to get a throat bass cleaner? Mine sounds even (not scratchy) but it's settled at a rumble type of throat bass instead of codfish's throat bass.
if you have the regular throat bass down, then practice adding notes to it.

That's a super good tutorial, the way you explained the basic throat bass is the same for throat singing basics (Tuvan Kargyraa). Relaxing and getting rid of excessive tensions, that's the best way to approach it. Well done!

How do you do it
I've been beatboxing for 6 years self taught. I used to be OG throat bass master till I hit puberty and now I have to figure out a new way to do. Thx for this vid it helped. Once I watched the first part I had it down in about 5 seconds lol.

In 2017 and 2018 I searched for a codfish bass tutorial video but nothing popped up so I watched codfish 2018 compilation and pretended like I could do his bass then I tried it without the video and I did it on accident and was so excited then I just saw this video and wished it was here earlier but I still got his bass and with this video I can try to perfect his bass

I got it bro, at first 1-3days my my throat is like burning up hot, after 2 weeks I got it XD thnx man

I’m 14 and I used to beatbox when I was young and it was decent then I stopped beatboxing and after a couple of years then I checked beatboxing again people were extremely epic and codfish was amazing, so I wanted to be like him especially his throat bass so I saw this video and yeah it’s an amazing video dude, keep it up

I’m female and I’ve been making mouth beats for as long as I can remember but I feel like it’s harder for me to make noises come from my throat because of my vocal range
If you see Kaila and Hershe they both can make throat basses. However it does seem that there is a smaller ratio of women who can do it as opposed to men. But if you work at it hard enough, it's been proven possible.
