But how do you make people hire you so you can actually make money? I have training and education, but employers don't want smart people with any degree of work ethic. I'm old now. That is their new excuse.

I am an Aries and I agree with you 💯, it has been a struggle trying to get back to a place of financial comfort after laid off work, alot of these companies use the excuse overly qualified what they really want is young. Whatever is going on Aries have struggled the most, I'm hopeful that this energy of lack will pass.

@@Aries13444, go to your local senior citizens assistance place, they offer job placement for seniors in every state. If you can't drive there, call them. They might have online options.
Age prejudice is definitely alive. May I suggest shifting the energy, try not referring to yourself as old. I've been through this, had to dumb down the experience, shorten the resume, give myself a makeover, and it took a long time, but I overcame it and got an offer so best of everything, just stay positive and get your foot in the door. 😊
