Words are not enough to explain the story of this legendary and mystical group. They are the most important group in kpop history because they changed the industry many times, in terms of music, politics, economy, etc. The best analogy I can think of to describe the success of this untouchable group back in the days 2003-2009 is that imagine Thanos collected all infinity stones, then you get TVXQ. Because SM literally put their 5 best trainee who supposed to lead separate groups together to form a dream team.
My fav group of all time I’m so happy you reacted to them they have so many good songs I reccomend bolero, Tri-angle, survivor, rising sun, heart mind & soul, & tonight for some background info they debut in 2003 as a 5 member group, they were dominating Asia at the time but in 2009 they split due to 3 members sueing their company sm, leaving them as we know now 2 members in Tvxq & 3 in jyj or them as solo artists, they are still legends in Asia to this day and are such good artists no matter the group they are in they stay undefeated, they also have such a variety of music, I mean in my opinion their performances, vocals & HARMONIESSSS are the best in all of kpop, please give the songs I reccomended a listen they are true pioneers in the kpop industry you will not regret knowing more of themmm🫶

Hell yeah! Cassiopeia is so grateful to Evergreen5, and lovely to see my favorites being discovered by new folks! Always fun to see people experiencing the awesome Rising Gods of the East. They were a 5-guy group until 2009, when 3 left to form JYJ and the remaining 2 stayed to carry on with TVXQ. This year is their 20th Anniversary.

@@Popz2366 TVXQ's power lay in their harmonies, and their early acapella performances were somewhat legendary. If I had to mention a few, I'd one of the best is an Evergreen 5nly vide from a Budokan live including Begin + My Little Princess + Hug + Whatever They Say. Any of these on their own are great (there are many different versions due to their appearances on various shows etc) but it's a good single video with a few together and some warm ups that are incredible. Probably the shortest but a really solid performance is Ha Ha Ha (Acapella). As far as some other OT5 Songs that are great: Proud, Wrong Number, Jeong Ban Hap ("O"), and Mirotic (cannot be missed!).
TVXQ more recent songs (Yunho & Changmin): WHY (Keep Your Head Down), The Chance Of Love, Love Line, Something, Spellbound. JYJ Songs: Nine, W, Pierrot, I.D.S. (I Deal Scenario).
More Recent Collabs or Solos: Intoxication, Tarantallegra- Xiah or Junsu; 六等星 (Rokutousei "Sixth Magnitude Star") J-Jun + Xia (Jaejoong + Junsu). Butterfly, Brava!! Brava!! Brava!!, Breaking Dawn (Japanese)- J-Jun or Jaejoong. Wannabe, Spotlight or really all of the Reality Show album- U-Know Yunho. Chocolate- Max or Changmin.
@@Popz2366 Also, not Korean but a Thai recommendation or two: Jeff Satur (Dum Dum, LUCID, Fade, Loop, Why Don't You Stay- the World Tour Live ver of WDYS is particularly lovely) and NuNew ("Anything" or True Love).

Ya know the groups the western imported was focusing on the Western audiences. Their songs are basically sloganlized, yelling, crazy make ups...not worth a penny🤫
It was bc China disliked about the THAAD missiles, so they banned Kpop in China. So south Korea had to export some to the states.🤫
