That flower is called "Cempasushil." It's supposed to symbolize the sun and provide warmth to the dead and also with its strong aroma it's supposed to guide the dead to the their tombs. Another fact is that in Mexico on November 1st "Día de todos los santos" or "The day of all the saints" is celebrated and it's a day of remeberance of kids that passed away. On November 2nd is “Día de Los muertos” or “The Day of the dead” and it's for the adults. Both are day of the dead, but one for kids and the other for adults
