I agree, Miku in my opinion isn't fit for this song. Teto (utau)and other vocaloids and utaus that can growl and or sound emotional fit this song well. This is my opinion, please don't attack me.
@@whyl6721 You’re sooo right in my opinion, Miku sing well but there are soooo many good vocaloid and utau that can sing this kind of songs better :( I personaly think that it’s pretty sad to make Miku sing a large majority of songs knowing that those other can sing it better, there’s not much diversity when you look up for vocaloid songs : you’ll find Miku in every thumbnail. I like her voice, but duh that’s pretty annoying. Idk why people only use her voice but damn it’s hiding those masterpieces
Yea miku’s voice is a little too soft for songs like this and rolling girl, so I prefer a lot of covers over the original, and my favourites just happen to be utaus most of the time because they are generally more powerful than vocaloid. 👍

This is just a guess, but it might be some kind of subtle, very finely distortion effect. UTAU are programmed to be more realistic than vocaloid, so I don't know if that would be an asset in the voice box, thats just my guess.
@@zichithefox4781 That's interesting. I always thought UTAU was "worse" and people only use it because they get to make their own voicebanks for it and are doing an amazing job improvising with a free program.
@@ream1622 I haven't looked that much into the process of actually making vocaloids and UTAUs or the songs so I dunno. But yeah, UTAU have more realistic voices, and in the right hands, can sound indiscernible from real voices. Look up Kuroneko by Kohaku Merry. An UTAU song that still blows my mind every time I hear it.
Kohaku Merry also has multiple pitches and voice variations. At my level of experience, its hard to use, but if you know how to use her vb, she sounds so gorgeous

The use of the softer version of the voicebank in some parts instead of only using the powerful version throughout the song has made this cover sound dynamic and alleviates the power of the more powerful version of the voicebank. Really appreciate the extra effort that went into this.

yes, Kohaku Merry is a she haha, and YES ITS INSANE. UTAU's seem to sound the most human compared to Vocaloids!! They have so much emotion behind them and I've grown to love UTAU a little more so than vocaloid for that reason! I recommend also Yuutsukoe Karasu, Kurobousuku, and Namine Ritsu! they have some really impressive vocals! Kasane Teto is another good one, but arguably she sounds more robotic, UNLESS she's mixed by Teto Chan! or Tanjiro, those two mix her voice flawlessly imo :))
OH MY GOD and how could I forget, Mawarine Shuu!! His voice is insanely powerful anD ONE OF THE MOST REALISTIC THINGS IVE EVER HEARD. I first heard him in a Rolling Girl cover by Kyaami! I recommend you check it out :)
