The mold is OK for a $50 toy
I would argue it should like a $20-25 toy based on the quality of the mold and parts.

Cool video! This makes excited for the Hot Toys one coming out. 3:00 This one looks good for the price point, but it looks a bit out of scale with the figure. The car should be much larger.
I never knew this 1/6 scale Batmobile excellent till now.
This is obviously NOT a 1/6 scale model, or else it'd be much bigger & fit 1/6 characters i.e. usually 30cm/12" tall. I guess this is a 1/10 scale that fits about 18-20cm/7-8" tall ones.

I guess the action figure has to fit a certain scale for producing or regulatory purposes but it'd be less weird if it was at the same scale as the Batmobile (even if kids won't mind)

Seen the movie and I love it
So, I think it's really obvious, but the scale isnt correct by a long shot, the car is half the size it should be for that figure. However, I'm sure with the 7'' batman figure which is more posable and more detailed, it would suit this batmobile very well.

In the film it's sound was like dodge challenger car
I'd say the other Batmobile + figure is better due to the figure being to scale with the car and having functional doors. Having the Batman tower over the Batmobile and the Batmobile's top come off like a lid is a little weird.
