    You are probably the most sincere & authentic financial helper on UA-cam. I can say that I, as well as many others appreciate your videos. Numbers don’t lie & velocity banking is for real. It’s definitely not for the lazy though. Great vid. Thank you again!

    I tried to look into the Money Max but when the rep told me I had to pay upfront $2K to get started I didn't bother to continue. I don't even have that as cashflow. So I waited months to finally get my score up and get approved for a PLOC. Unfortunately I could only get approved for $500 - but than nothing to get started for now.

    • @jennacallahan1

      I’m not in debt at all and I’m working on raising my credit score with my credit card and rent (I use flex because they report it), I doubt I’d get approved for any more than you did, but baby steps at first is better than nothing!

      @eric Thank you for inquiring. The conditions are still extremely sad for the residents that were hit. VERY little has been done to get their properties (if they have one left) back into working condition. We used every bit of the funds for the locals having heat, portable stoves, clothing, etc. I can no longer access the fund to update with pics for, but all funds have been sent out and used. Please check the private Facebook group.

    Trump may get us 10% interest rate on our current credit cards. If it happens could you please do a video to show us how to calculate that? I know 10% is easy but I get a little confused about annual vs daily. Very happy to hear that it may happen. Thanks!

    • @richardhurst8109
      @richardhurst8109 6 днів тому

      10K Credit Card Maxed Out @ 10% Annual.
      10,000.00 x .10 (10%)= 1,000.00
      That's how much the Credit Card Company would charge you in interest (1,000.00) if you left the balance at 10,000.00 for the whole year.
      1,000.00 ÷ 12 (Months) = 83.3333 (Your Monthly Rate)
      83.33 ÷ 30 = 2.7777 (Daily Rate)
      Quick calculation to show you your monthly interest rate:
      10,000 × .10 (10%) ÷ 12 (Months) = 83.3333
      Sorry it's long winded, hope it helps.

    When you pull off your credit lines do you get charged fees? For instance, if I pull money off my 16k credit card and apply it to my mortgage there's a fee to cash that out. Is there away around that?

    • @Jesus-o7v9x
      @Jesus-o7v9x 14 днів тому +4

      You should not be forcing VB with a horrible debt tool (LOC). Your ideal LOC should have no fees to move money, have the lowest interest possible, be able to place your entire income on the debt tool. Have a great day.

    • @Jesus-o7v9x
      @Jesus-o7v9x 14 днів тому +3

      For interest ideally you want it to be under 10%. That doesn't mean you can't or shouldn't use any line over 10%. Just ideally.

    • @VanntasticFinances
      @VanntasticFinances  13 днів тому +1

      NO You should not be charged any fees for taking a withdrawal from a Line of Credit.

    I NEED help. I’m Disabled. And limited. It’s a catch 22 for us how had lost things in life , early on. Due to not my doing. Couldn’t return to work. Id get to a point, then have to use credit just to strive. My 2 children came first, raised them as single disabled mom with no help. I’m now 66 yrs old just needing to finally get out from under a mountain. The govt m. Keeps you where you just cant help yourself.

  • @ivey284

    I’m assuming pay credit cards first, then loans, then mortgage, then save? With only $400 cash flow I’m afraid it will take 15 months just to pay $6000 and that doesn’t even include interest. Then I have another 20k in credit cards to tackle, then 20k in loans, then car payment I’m afraid it will be decades before I get to the mortgage. Yes cash flow will increase as I pay things off, but dang my situation feels slower than all these examples you’re showing. I already put living expenses on credit cards and meet that minimum payment that way. I have a PLOC with the high interest credit cards on there. Spending out of that too. Sigh…

  • @Midnightrainbow1010
    @Midnightrainbow1010 14 днів тому +1

    • @Jesus-o7v9x

      No. You're paying them as they are due. The only difference is that by passing them through a credit card (that had a balance) you meet minimum payment and lower average daily balance.
