interesting video mate. So, before the invention of the cordless impact wrench, can we assume that you had to use a spanner? That must have been a nightmare!
Thanks for the great content ScaffMan! I enjoyed it. I too build scaffolding using tube and clamp, Layher, Bill Jax, XPS, ect. Wish our company gave us impacts we use our regular 7/8, 3/4 socket wrenches and combination wrenches.
Thank you brother. Aaarrrgggh spanner mate yeah. Why you not allowed to use impacts? You in a power station or something? That’s s**t I wouldn’t even do scaffolding anymore if that’s the case 😂
@@ScaffManJones yeah we use old technology. It’s just that there is so many of us, so they don’t supply the impacts, but I can go to the tool room and check one out, but they won’t approve it, which sucks. Anyways keep up the good content, I’ve subscribed to your channel!
Love your videos, i belove if you post a video every day you will only get bigger and bigger, to get to more people use the youtube shorts videos as well
awesome video enjoyed it that makita 1/2 impact wrench is putting in some work it is standing up to the task how long doe that battery last new subcriber
When the battery’s are new you’ll get 2-3 hours constant work and the drill will last about 6-8 month depending on how much work you do. Some people have their drill for years 😂
@@matthewwade4646 Iv been involved in some huge jobs mate but not running them as a supervisor, was just a follower back then lol I work for a couple of company’s 2 of them is domestic which is house bashing and some apartments then the other is commercial some right big towers in city centres mate. Nothing too special though 😁
Lmao. I wish in America in these oil refinery’s/ chemical mills we could just throw scaffolding down to the ground. It would get our company kicked off site
And all those tubes and clamps are absurd. You think after getting bailed out of ww2 by the Americans you adopt their ways. Like pin lock and cup lock lolol. I guess building around a house is different than climbing down a hanging leg though
