BBT temp is such a great way to avoid conception and even try for a baby (which is where I’m at right now) buttttt big disclaimer is that it’s not for everyone in terms of contraception if your cycle is irregular.
Also the pill is a bandaid drug so the issues Renee had after we came off the pill would have been the same as before going on the pill. The pill puts a blanket on top of the issues you already currently have

Using a thermometer to track your fertility is not a replacement for contraception. It’s fine if you want to use that method but telling other people that they can use this as a replacement can be very damaging. It’s extremely risky and inaccurate
Absolutely no hate but more so want to spread awareness but maybe be mindful of the term “I have PTSD” from it. Im referring to when you were talking about your acne experience by saying you have PTSD jokingly etc like that it really trivialises those who actually have PTSD. It down plays the severity of what PTSD is and what those who suffer with it have to endure.

I don't think she was joking... Ptsd comes in all forms. Just because it doesn't seem as "deep" to you is probably just because you were not in her shoes and felt the way she felt 🌟

@@Zeebeslaying00 I’m not here to argue more so to spread awareness. PTSD is a mental health disorder and she does not have PTSD for acne. War veterans, severely abused victims etc can develop PTSD someone can not develop or be diagnosed with PTSD from acne. It definitely may have been a traumatic time dealing with acne and may have even caused depression but there is no way it lead to PTSD.

@@evewood2074 it is very dangerous to consume lots of tuna due to the high amounts of mercury in the fish. Over consumption of tuna often leads to mercury poisoning which can be very harmful.
Atleast this is a nice respectful comment. I hate tuna and seafood but I didn’t know that was bad to do. Thank you for informing them :)
