I think the parameters in air should adjust to 15 bars for 16 mm cs

What is the pressure you are running at? the screen shots show 5 bar but also grayed out? is it un reglulated (running full 16 bars) at the nozzle?

It is up to your compressor.

you need to get 16 bar air compressor, with dehumidifier and air filters. Also it will need at leas 1.5 cubi meter of compressed air per minute

if you are cutting, with air compressor you have to go on minus value of focus distance in the steel, for 3 mm it willbe okay to have -1 to -2 depending on the height from the material

I will have very low speed I suggest compressed air for 2 mm. Give focus in +1 or +2. cutting speed 1.2. Air pressure 0.7. And try.With oxygen it is very hard to cut. ALL the lenses has to be clean and beam in the center.
