It’s not as hard as you might think it is now. If you want really hard lvl’s you might want to lookup bandoot, he’s a yt’r/streamer and he beats insane levels (like top 10 of the world) And don’t forget to use your wrist while playing :D

Always great and so high energy! Is this good to do as a workout? Could you do like a nonstop hour+ long marathon, more like an aerobics class? Not sure if 3 mins makes a good workout. Video on what warmup you have to do first to be safe?
It's a great workout. I've been playing 1-2 hours a day this week. Not sure you would want to literally play nonstop for a hour straight though, short breaks between songs are good. Just do your standard pre-cardio stretches to warm up, plus maybe start on a slower song/lower difficulty so you're not going from 0 to 11 right off the bat.
Ok, but if you can't afford the setup (Oculus?) yet, you COULD then watch Otter do the set and try to follow along like an aerobics class, and benefit from it that way. Then at the end, when she turns and takes her bow, as well as celebrating her achievement, it'd be a shared thing like end of a Workout Class where everyone claps for everyone and its all like "well done everyone, we made it through that hour! I know it wasn't easy, but we made it!"
