IN’EL
Music : Tougas - Composed in autumn 2018
Lyrics : David AB
Mouvement I - Intronisation à la Tyrannie
(instrumental)
Solo 1 : Tougas
Solo 2 : Tougas/Miller - Harmonie
Solo 3 : Forest
Solo 4 : Vincent Savary (Ex First Fragment)
Solo 5 : Tougas
Mouvement II - Recueil des ges
(instrumental)
Solo 6 : Tougas
Mouvement III - Les Piliers Tutélaires
Solo 7 : Tougas
Solo 9 : Miller
Solo 10 : Forest
Solo 11 : Tougas
Solo 12 : Forest
Solo 13 : Tougas
Solo 14 : Forest
Solo 15 : Miller
Solo 16 : Forest
Solo 17 : Forest/Tougas/Miller - Harmonie
Mouvement VI - La Fin d’Une Ère
Solo 18 : Tougas/Miller - Harmonie
Solo 19 : Tougas
The bassist of this band is so influential, responsible or played bass for so many bands that he practically is a quarter of the tech death scene in Canada he is legend status

You forgot Vincent Savary's bass solo at 1:58
@@williambiron2726 I also didn't separate all the solos for each player, but chose to mesh them together - didn't want each movement to have 7+ timestamps :D
Damn dude we gotta get you some bitches
man after 20 years into metal, this blows my mind like when i was a kid listening to deathnight warrior from cob for the first time
I can totally understand haha, especially for that neoclassical vibe early CoB had that was so hard to grasp as a kid
Bruh... u touch my talala! Jajaja
THIS!
The section beginning at 12:27 makes me feel like existence is worthwhile after all.
😃 Just makes me feel lucky.
This part is ridiculous.. or ridiculouse as the french would say.
This is amazing song, the Jason Becker vibes choked me, especially on the intro. The whole CD is insane, one of the best bands ever. Just astonishing.
Cacophony vibes
Perpetual Burn! 🤩
I...am one of the lucky firsts to bear witness to this opus. I feel honored. Thank you First Fragment
YOU are the First fragment!
Yes we are
Its been a long time since I've stopped and just waited in my car to finish a song
Thanks frens (:
I only have a few songs I do this for…this is one of them!
This not only rivals Evhron, it surpasses it in every way.
AOTY. Not even a question.
Archspire? Obscura? Etc... Etc..? THIS = AOTY. Excellent work, every instrument clear, perfection√√√
Inferi 😉
virgin archspire and obscura vs chad origin and defeated sanity
@@paveantelic7876 do not dis archspire and obscura
Unbelievable. I never thought any band could challenge Ad Nauseam's "III" for AOTY this year, this is incredible.
Same. Ad Nauseam may be more unique strictly speaking, but this is a marvel of human achievement. Surely a landmark album of the decade.
@@TBaggins96 No doubt.
"III"is still my AOTY, but dang, I never get tired of replaying Gloire Eternelle.
I didn't think this album could get any more epic. Then the last 3 minutes of this song came.
Easily the best song this year, in my opinion. WOW. I was absolutely jaw-dropped and mesmerized between 13:00 and 14:00. The musicianship, talent, endurance, creativity, and speed is off the charts! My previous pick was Brand of Sacrifice - Foe of the Inhuman, and I know that's like comparing apples and oranges, but yeah, wow.
Bach BWV 1041 quote spotted at 7:17 😎 these guys are all virtuosos at their instruments
3:58 Badinerie troll
Big Becker vibes in Mouvement I. Absolute masterpiece overall \m/
Yeah man. Glad im not the only one who heard Jason Becker.
you guys did an EP inside a full album ? wow.
3:58 surely best guitar tone ever
Dang I wanted to be first. Archspire and First Fragment same day is just perfect.
Today is the best day ever.
Thats what im sayin
shadow of intent and mister misery released banger singles as well
and White Chapel and Mastodon, but I am buying the First Fragment and Archspire albums as soon as they drop. What a day indeed.
I’ve posted that same comment at least twice today. It’s like every tech death fans wet dream.
This entire album can be explained as such: What if Steve Vai played Death Metal his whole entire life and had clones of himself in the same band 🤘😎🎸🎵
Speaking of Vai - did you hear his solo on Star One - Lost Children Of The Universe?
I dont think its legal to have this many people having sex with thier instruments at the same time
Remember blotted science?
I hear more Marty Friedman, Jason Becker influences.
more like yngwie
My favorite song from this album. Masterpiece!!!
An 18 minute epic would take 2/3rd's of a supporting band's set. 🤣. This band is amazing. Not very often is the bassist the showcase...
I listened to this song on release, and I'm still speechless......
This bassist man , he's something special
forest lapointe. the fuckin man
I'm speechless. Seriously. Bravo!!!
Track of the year. Simply masterpiece
yesterday was archprires' release and now this??! what a bless!!
Phil tougas (dk if the spelling is correct for the second name) he be came a very big inspiration for me as soon as i found this band and still my favourite band iv seen live when they played with obscura in glasgow
what a sick mix, really interesting, song writing and producing 10/10
The bass part at 1:57 is just the best thing I ever heard...
Sounds like Power Rangers chord pogression
That made me make my first ever comment in youtube after many years as member. Amazing.
Best song in ours mortal lives!
Seems like the riff at 7:18 was directly taken from Johann Sebastian Bach's violin concerto no. 1 in a minor: ua-cam.com/video/Q3-5144TaYg/v-deo.html
More specifically at 0:35 and 1:56
i listen to some serious jason becker vibes in the beginning
Wow, votre album m’a ébloui! Bon travail les québécois
Omg....there are the amazing bands a d virtuous players and then there is First Fragment alone in their level !!
what a display of talent and musicianship !!
Damn it's great to hear Vincent Savary again!!! I was thrilled when I learned he would be returning for a guest solo on an 18 minute track. His bass playing on the first album was fucking insane.
Wow that lead tone is freakin amazing
Idk why but this song evokes nostalgia for me
Tears of joy in my eyes. Im speechless.
Reminds me of early Bodom + Faceless, easily in my top 10 songs 🎵 👌
This is EASILY in the the Top 5 Metal albums of the Year.
Goosebumps all the way through!!!
What the actual fuck ? 11 out of 10
...I way feel Jason Becker in a Perpertual Burn, in this album! Such a great influence from the past now in the present! 🥰
Now this is a fucking single!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I can't put into words how amazing this song is to me, like you guys are easily the best tech death band out there right now in my eyes. The bassist is just an absolute god.
Unreal.
Upon my first listen, I literally wept.
12:27 GOT ME DANCIN
Tabarnak!
This is the kind of content what I pay Intenet bills for
Oh my God!!!! Slappin’ da bass!!!
Now this is how you do tech death.
Cacophony of Death Metal.
4:57 sounds very similar to Émergence's 2nd solo.
A whole 19 minutes of true perfection!
So busy and so enjoyable, really liking this sound
Unreal. Every second
When the song ended all i thought was "i need this shit on vinyl ASAP"
I am absolutely blown away by this and I feel like my ears have be blessed thank you for sharing yalls music with us
Dude... 18 minutes, this will be fire!
And it was 🤌👌🤘 Encore?! I think the people need one fosho
This is a masterpiece. Incredible.
So bloody epic.
YAY!
Masterpiece
Excellent!
YES!
Fancy seeing you frens here 😏
@@NonDewman Ma man!
oh my god i love it!!!!!!!!!!!!
Chef d'oeuvre Éternel
Sooo underrated.
I love this
This is just brutal!..
I Havnt said "holy shit new songs" with so much excitement in such a long time, Thank youuuu!!!!
So fresh💣
This is excellent
this is so good that i didnt realized its almost 19 minute long, insta-banger
I feel kinda bad for dream theater since their whole career just got ended
@@Enshadowed it was a tongue-in-cheek joke about a 19 minute prog death song. Which I did enjoy far more than anything DT’s put out in a while
Tbf it ended a while ago, thankfully for them because imagine being at your prime and someone release this album 💀
ah damn I love the acoustic guitar shred
omg i just heard some jason becker influences!!! amazing!!
Oui
Love the instrumental
This whole passage from 7:46 "atmospheric" could so much be some early Katatonia or Opeth...
The whole song is amazing.
Best song on the album
Obra maestra cancion del año❤❤❤😎😎😎
I m going through the coments of this song and i cannot understand why NOBODY is talking about the drums …
Man the switch from triplet 16th to 32th in the outro gives me chills everytime
The change in intensity is huge, you feel like the song just went on crack
Because they're too low in the mix.
Wow.
awesome
Holy shat this is insane
Cool reference au menuet j’adore
Snapple fact of the day- Over half the guitarists in the world quit the day they heard this song.
"hey we got a fretless bassist, lets use that to do something besides what death did in 1993"
Sounds good to me, boys
That's why I mostly stay away away from Technical DM; mostly generic, boring and pointless. But this is different. Kudos to this guys.
Hell yeah Death
@@EmrahUncu grow up
Heavy Altitudes vibes in the intro
Jó az irány, gratulálok!
🐐🐐🐐🐐🐐
This is the best song recorded in the last 15 years in tech death backbone. Reply if you want to prove me wrong.
Weltseele, Fundamental Process, Behold the Bearer of Light, Illuminance, The Aura, Apparition, Footprints in the Sand (Irreversible Mechanism)? 🤔
As much as I appreciate In’El, I find De Chair et de Haine to be a better written song from the same album. And 3:33-6:55 in that song is just perfect, imo :)
@@bcbitchkkv i know Fundamental process, the Aura and apparition. Also i want to add authoteist movement (1,2,3), the evangelist, transcendence, imperative imperceptible impulse and etc. But this...this on another level, i think this masterpiece that cant be compared with all of this (IMO)
@@bcbitchkkv The Deported & No Request For The Corrupted are better than Fundamental Process imo, Theatrical Delirium too. But maybe that's just because I replayed them more than FP. The Aura is really great tho, gotta love that outro
perfect tdm
That solo at 5:26 is so good
Jason Becker would be proud
♥
