OMG Awesome videos Sir. Question. Can I implement the BRRRR strategy in a Non-profit Corp? my concern is if I can get loans and later refinance to payback the loans, all that while theses homes are under a non-profit corp??? I have a so many ideas with the BRRRR strategy.
Ikea is held by SEVERAL nonprofits? I'm trying to understand how an organization can be held under several nonprofits and how can I use this information to benefit myself when I start my nonprofit? Thanks

I am in California. Can all board members work in the nonprofit and get paid? Do majority board members have to be non-family related? For example, 3 board members, can 2 board members be family related?

You need to be careful! Non US Citizens will probably get snagged- as your activities need to be based in the USA if they are not- and u get caught- you can face steep fines (there is little control of a 501c operating abroad otherwise)
