If you live on farms, ranches, or any place in the world you have to feed yourself, ALL members of the family work together to survive. Everyone does their part. And instilling a work ethic in a child is not abuse, its parenting.
That’s actually their culture and it’s quite typical for youth to learn the trades of their family business. Some would think that young man making those bricks will be better off than kids with their noses buried in an iPad or phone.
Videos of prople working don't really constitute a 'try not to say wow' compilation. Up your game bro. I'd rather 1 every month that blows me away (which to your credit you have made me say wow many times.) than one every few days of people working that leaves a bad taste in your mouth..
