True, I feel the therapist was wrong for trying to salvage this marriage bcoz I can see it breaking again…. Dara settled for Tega bcoz he was a good person but he wasn’t good for her… Tega settled for Dara bcoz she knows his insecurities and he can see she was desperate to have someone…..
Tega would do either of these two later on. Firstly, Tega will try to overcompensate which was not working to begin with bcoz if it was she wouldn’t have jumped on Chike after she tried to distract herself post their first kiss. Secondly, it’s either Tega hunts Dara with her mistake for the rest of their lives and for the fact that she is hyper independent she would want to leave bcoz of this reaction.
Tega would fit in well with an Asexual woman/ a virgin that do not have high expectations on Sexual needs. This movie touches on so many different topics that are occurring in marriages and relationships today. Trust, healthy communication, boundaries, knowing your needs and expressing them to your partner. But forgiveness is the biggest one and the one that most people struggle with. I love how it was not this magical act but realistic. His pain was validated and addressed and they were both willing to work together to get there. Well done!!!!!!!!

This is the second movie on Omoni oboli tv I’ve watched and to be honest! The storylines, the acting, the cast, the scenery, the entire production is always amazing. There’s so much depth to the movies. These are real life issues and these movies portray them well. The realism of it is superb!
This is indeed a nice story line. I'm not married but I know that as a woman or man, there should be boundaries when you have a partner (boyfriend/girlfriend, husband/wife) we are all emotional beings and often times, our emotions can get the best of us even in not so good situations. My Dear Omoni, I'll like to give a thumb-up to the scriptwriter. This is a a really good story that speaks directly to pertinent issues in the marriage institution. I can count over 10 crucial lessons in this single flick. The transition is superb especially the unwavered focus on the subject matter. Now to the casts; hmmm... absolutely awesome. Each person expertly embodied his/her charcater, thereby making the story more relatable. I will end with this... Tega's maturity in that marriage is impeccable. His reaction to all marital challenge in this story further underlines my belief that marriage is for men only; not for boys; and the 'man' in every man is more psychological than physical. Thanks once again to Omoni and her team for flashing the torch in the path of old and intending couples with such stories. Cheers!

initially I felt the same but then I thought about the guy's self esteem he may later have trust issues with other women and end up a miserable man to me he made a good decision by forgiving her

Wow appalling to say men can't take cheating from a woman but they are allowed to cheat and women are supposed to turn a blind eye? I think this movie is breaking stereotypes and changing the narrative about how marriages are done these days. When put in the right circumstances anybody can become anything it just takes a little pressure and U finding urself in a vulnerable situation. Cheating is not a thing of gender but finding yourself in a vulnerable situation at d wrong time with the wrong person.
Although some pipo are just serial cheats🤩. Love this movie❤️❤️

I will never understand why people cheat. You chose to break the marriage vows you made to your husband over a few minutes pleasure....not once, not twice. Cheating is such a deal breaker for me and I will never see you the same. I will question every movement you make and doubt everything you say. It will turn to a very toxic space.
