I'm thinking since they are showing repeat episodes from the Robert Stack era...they edit the episode to make it look like new episodes...... only long time fans of the show will notice it's repeats...... but to fans who never saw the original show to them it's new. to them.

Astraldragon1, I agree. It always seemed to me like they were trying to pull a fast one on the audience. I watched the original, and was excited when I heard it was coming back, but that excitement only ended in disappointment when I realized it was just the same stories I'd already seen. I really don't understand what the point of the Dennis Farina version was. Why didn't they just rerun the Robert Stack episodes, and then just add an update where necessary? It would have been easier, and surely more cost effective. The only conclusion I've come to is that they wanted to fool the audience into believing that they were new stories. The only problem is the fashion gives it away.

Cause Farina's a "hack" and plays a really good BAD Mob guy and that's it. I think he played a Cop once but still he is associated with Mob guys. Sorry Dennis but Robert Stack did a much better job.

Hahaha I did same thing as that couple. I found $10 at school then took it in to the school office. Months later the administrator called me into the office and I got to keep the $10! LOL

I have studied this case now for a number of years!! If the Authorities are trying to solve this case, then why don't they release the graffiti then!! It sounds obvious that the killer knew the area!! Why then is it such a mystery if they want to solve the case!??! I am an OTR Trucker for a living and I know these isolated areas in the western States!! Why the big mystery is my question!!

I am former law enforcement and a former Private Investigator and I've seen actual crime scenes and shootings, suicides and homicides where guns were fired at close range and they DO leave "Tattooing" of the skin when placed within 2-3 feet of the victim. Therefore Beaver is wrong and none of the people giving their "opinions" have law enforcement training or have actual Police experience where they have seen crime scenes or dead bodies up close.This information is very misleading and I know of the reports having inconsistencies and it was a mess and no real investigation took place. In fact, I'd say it was a cover up at a very high level. Where are all the Photos that are supposed to be taken? Why weren't the witnesses separated and interviewed separately etc..??? Too many foul ups and a 1 year "Police Rookie" could have done a better job of investigating this "murder". Lenore Lemon had the motive means and opportunity to shoot him and she did not seem to grieve Toni on the other hand grieved till the day she died. She hated Leonore if she would have killed someone it would be Lemon that Toni killed not him and someone on Buzzfeed also suggested the women may have teamed up to kill him no way 1 would she kill George Reeves but if she did by some chance do it in a blind rage which was more Lenore Lemon's personality than Toni's Toni sure as hell would not buddy up with Lenore Lemon to do the deed she hated that woman with a seething hatred Leonore lured her boy away is how Toni saw things and if Eddie had killed George which would be hard to do if the bedroom had no windows if he had managed Toni would never forgive him so that theory that he did it to appease his wife's pain over being dumped No she would have hated him she had a shrine to George Reeves in her house till the day she died Leonore Lemmon left town sometime after his death and moved on with her life she was known for her temper and her willingness to pick fights heck if I recall Leonore would fight a man she would certainly pick fights with Reeves and what could he do she was a woman she probably abused the guy she was mean and hot tempered if she did not get her way and that night he embarrassed her in front of her party guests the perfect recipe for a murder on top of her knowing he was not gonna marry her she was a rebound he only dumped Toni out of worry it would hurt his career

its amazing how different some of these shows are about this case the last show I saw left out the 2 people that came after the group left and said it was a group of people that heard the shot but I guess it doesn't matter too too much I still say Lenore Lemon did it .
I doubt that they got to keep every penny of the money. The IRS probably took a big chunk of it.
Here you wouldn't get to keep the money, wouldn't even get a finder fee unless the owner comes forward an give it to you.
