Hi there, this is BEAUTIFUL. I am looking into getting a hammered dulcimer, I play several instruments and want to add to my collection, I was juat wondering which brand , model and string combination this is? It sounds absolutely gorgeous, thank you so much.
I just started learning the hammered dulcimer and I bought a RCE-XR from Master Works. The sound is fantastic, almost overwhelming and I can't get enough of it. The instrument is rather big (extended range) and so a little challenge for tuning in the beginning but it's worth it. This video is beautiful.
Thank you kindly. This is one I bought used online over ten years ago. Lee spears is the guy who made it down in North Carolina. It’s a 15/14 size. Excellent quality. I think he still makes them but not certain.

I do not. It is an original composition. But I don’t read music very well so it’s not written out.
