i just found out the "ak 47" in csgo is actually an akm it fucks my brain up

its not, it's a mix between an akm and an ak-47, just imbetween
Dude the only difference between the AKM and the AK-47 is that AKM uses a stamped receiver and the AK-47 uses a milled receiver. Models are completely the same otherwise

Have you ever held one in your hands? Just so you know, most of the AKs you see are AK-74, and an AK-74 is longer than an AK-47. Both rifles have a simillar silhouette making easy for people to confuse them. The lenght of an AK-74 is, correct me if i'm wrong, 5cm longer because of the longer stock and wooden grip.

personally i would have the bolt go further back by trimming the ends of the handle bar. Little more realistic that way.

Awesome project dude. Alternatively you could buy a cheap 2nd hand ABS Airsoft AKM (maybe a JG, Echo1 or CYMA), spray it down with primer and then finish it off in whatever CSGO skin you want.
Will definitely be doing this for my CYMA AK74
