Cause:Low voltage comes when theinverter turns off its output if the DCvoltage is belovw 180V becauseinsufficient torque or overheating ofthe motor can occur when the inputvoltage of the inverter drops.
1. Line voltage is low.
2. Check whether line voltage isbelow its rating.
3. Load larger than line capacityis connected to line.
4. Check the incoming AC line.Adjust the line capacity
corresponding to the load.5. Faulty magnetic switch at theinput side of the inverter.
6. Change a magnetic switch.
कारण: कम वोल्टेज तब आता है जब डीसी वोल्टेज 180V से कम होने पर इन्वर्टर अपना आउटपुट बंद कर देता है क्योंकि इन्वर्टर का इनपुट वोल्टेज कम होने पर मोटर का अपर्याप्त टॉर्क या ओवरहीटिंग हो सकता है। 1. लाइन वोल्टेज कम है। 2. जांचें कि क्या लाइन वोल्टेज इसकी रेटिंग से कम है। 3. लाइन क्षमता से बड़ा लोड लाइन से जुड़ा होता है। 4. आने वाली एसी लाइन की जांच करें। लाइन की क्षमता समायोजित करें भार के अनुरूप.5. इन्वर्टर के इनपुट पक्ष पर दोषपूर्ण चुंबकीय स्विच। 6. चुंबकीय स्विच बदलें।
