At the end Brad seems to say 'Sorry'. Possibly for the beginning of the head out. This shows respect for Josh and the music :-) Specially after such an amazing performance.
Awesome how at 10:03 Josh takes the last phrase from Brad and creates a really beautifull melody with it, that teamwork at its best. Great transcription too!
Such an amazing and accurate transcription! Wow!! It is absolutely perfect!!!! Congrats and thank you so much for all the hours you have spent transcribing both instruments! Respect!
Brad is quite amazing that's for sure. I might be wrong here. But sometimes, it sounds as if Brad is more 'prepared'. While Josh simply improvise on the Rhythm Change. Brad brings some specific ideas to the piece and improvise around them. I don't know his process to know for sure. That's simply the impression that I get from transcribing it. I did see one of his Rhythm Changes part once. It was 5 pages long and it was surprising to me how many good moments were actually prepared.
I agree. Brad seems to prepare a lot of songs. Maybe almost all of them. If not then he's the greatest musician ever. And even if so, he's still the greatest musician ever :)
I can't find the interview anymore, but I remember Brad saying somewhere that he does spend a lot of time preparing ideas for all of his solo piano stuff to improvise over, it's never completely off the cuff like Chick Corea for example. Seems like he works a lot on improvising over counterpoint. It's certainly effective.
every time i revisit this it just blows me away more. they go to a whole different planet

Even so, the head out is just as sick as anything else in this performance.
Only a god-tier musician would think to say "sorry" after a performance like that.
@@benjaminhall5784 Really !
love that Db actually :)
Or he’s apologising for utterly outplaying him.

Jessus insane transcription, hardest I've ever seen
This is one of the most amazing things I've ever heard/read.
Extraordinary musicianship! Mindblowing!
10:03 Warmth in the music.
Many thanks!!! Your work is monumental!
it is just astounding how they open a portal to another world in the context of these otherwise familiar changes
wow, how good must your ears be to pick out those voicings - you're the best Remi. Kudos.
A computer does it.

Incroyable. Combien de temps nécessaire pour relever ça ?...
trop .. trop de temps !!
Genius-level shit, no doubt.

Thanks so much for your awesome work! Do you think you could transcribe Dream Brother from the same concert?
Prok Prok maybe during the summer. I am too busy those days. It is time consuming !
Of course. No worries. If you can get to it, that'd be great!
É... Definidamente Brad não é desse mundo!!
