Yeah lumber isn’t in a shortage but the large corporations are taking advantage of the situation!! In East Texas the 2/4 studs are 7.50 a piece or 1400 dollars for a thousand board feet!!!!! I know the mills never shut down and the timber owners are not getting the 4 times price for the logs!!! Mbm Koch brothers and Canadian companies getting rich!
