i am a mechanical engineer the valve should be a glove valve installed on motor not a quick opening valve/ball valve just sayibg such valve is not meant to regulate flow it is used for fully open or fully closed thats it

you are correct, this adjustable version need to open/close from 0-100%。 the full open /close need 28seconds. And now we are upgrading one new ball valve without adjustable output, then it need around 15seconds
