Multiphase Power Supplies

#240 In this video I take a closer look at a SMPS architecture that uses multiple stages in parallel. Although its a measure that can make the driving circuitry more complex, it also comes with certain benefits. One the one hand it helps spread out the heat and the stress over multiple components, but at the same time it has benefits on the overall noise performance of the supply.
