Could you specify whether you should check your right blind spot when joining the dual carriage way? I’ve always been taught too but you said not too. Thanks
Think your find lorries won't jump out at you from the lay-by, be lucky if we can get upto 25mph before adjoining the main carriageway. We try to start to come out when no other traffic is coming down the hill, would've been more helpful if you had said if you can see the top of a cab then check mirror and blind spot and mover over to outside lane. A quick glance over your shoulder. Not looking in the blind spot. If you do that the steering wheel will move and that’s a dangerous thing at high speed. So not allowed. .
