So glad that the battery is removable. Now I won't have to smash it with a hammer every time that I bring it into my house. Thanks.🤣 Kidding/not kidding.
I agree with "Resende" in the confusion about installing the SIM card. The diagram in the enclosed manual (page 4) has no correspondence to what's inside the compartment. When I asked the online Help Desk about this, two agents said to insert the SIM into "the card tray" that "looks like a metal pocket." They don't exist in my F4L. Secondly, though the instructions said a 3-in-1 package would contain 3 sizes of cards, mine only has the larger one; but it doesn't fit anyway (no place to insert it). I'm guessing that my phone is a new design from the factory in China, but its revised features were not passed on to the manual-writers or to the online Tello help desk, from whom I purchased it. (I will send the unit back for a refund.)
Can you share the exact position the SIM card should be inserted on this device? I don't seem to find the "diagram" mentioned on their poorly written and designed manual.
I was hoping to read the battery's model number. I need to know what battery it uses before I buy it for my Grandma. If it doesn't use a battery that is exchangeable with the one she has, then I will buy this cheaper one that I have already confirmed has a battery model that is swappable with the ones in our family.

I did take a photo of the battery for reference purposes. Check this out ua-cam.com/video/-3MPeUJb34E/v-deo.html
