This is just how I feel, but Yoongi actually feels similar to my dad. I imagine him as someone who remains capable and responsible even after consuming alcohol. I mean, I grew up watching my dad being busy over some work at his own little workstation at home with sticks of cigar at the side (a bit of alcohol sometimes) and afterwards, still be able to move around the kitchen to cook for something to eat or enjoy a movie with us then have a discussion about it... So, this little episode of a mishap for Yoongi didn't feel like a disaster-in-order-to-punish-or-destroy-him, it's more like being-tripped-to-fall-by-the-universe to remind him of being mindful of his decisions whenever he goes drinking. Proper care towards himself, so that his guardian spirits/angels can better protect him. After all, there are things that shouldn't be done after consuming alcohol... as, there are also people lurking around and waiting for him to fall on the ground.
What I'm curious about is why didn't the people he had dinner with didn't try to help him knowing he was drunk. Also, it's suspicious that the next day the detective who dealt with the scandal with the first lady of Korea happened to be unalive himself and thats barely even spoken about.
Regardless of whether it is a scooter or not, we all know that driving a vehicle while drunk can cause accidents. I think this incident will make you more careful. But the punishment must be compatible with the action: just a fine and press coverage. In Brazil, when we go out drinking we usually use Uber. However, in Korea this type of transport is not common. There should be Uber everywhere in the world.
There's Uber in Korea he just has his own vehicle and thought it wasn't going to be a big deal :( As they are really famous they can't get uber since some people there are not trustworthy and can leak his info like a men leaked Namjoon's info when he took the subway
