Mirrors look good man👍 Nice you were able to get it to work alright with those bar end adapters. I’ve wondered if there was something that would work with the bars on a Scout. Nice find 🙂🏍️👍
The new ones are a nice look. I had mine under for awhile but switched them to top side. I felt my arms or elbows were in the way trying to watch the cagers behind me around here in DFW.
Looks good, I did something similar to my scout, however I didnt like looking underneath my wrist/arms to see behind me so I put the back up - down looks cool, up looks safe at least for me :)
@@RebelScoutmaster Yes, but where did you get the Vans grips with the throttle by wire ends (the part that goes inside the mechanism) like you have. I can't find those on the ODI site. Or did you get just the rubber grip part and put it over the stock throttle tube? Thanks

I was stressing out about it even though it was a simple thing/ fix. Thanks man!

I did flipped mine back up too. My arms were too much in the way.

After riding for a day or so I switched mine back up because I couldn’t see either.
I also have a 21 Scout ABS - not the bobber - what ODI model grips did you order? The only ones I see listed are the Indian Touring TBW??
They are the vans grips because they are a softer rubber.

@billdane12345 I removed the stock grip from the oem tube and slid the Vans grip over.
@@RebelScoutmaster Ah! Ok, thanks.
this bike is the standard scout or the bobber?
Standard Scout 60.
