Dude, connecting to a VPN will increase your ping no matter what. You are using your internet connection to connect to another internet connection to route data through that internet connection back to yours. It's literally impossible to get a lower ping by using a VPN.

I would say that Hecarim is insanely good in the last couple of patches and I played him for the first time in ages recently and almost 1v9 a game where my whole team was throwing. But yea this Pony 🐎 is mega broken and I highly recommend playing him this patch. Thanks for the great video man! It made me want to play Hecarim more and carry like you did. 😊

I used to do it a few patches ago, early game was rough as you'd expect but once you get going you have amazing roam and dive potential. Doubly potent coming from top lane because people don't expect it. Course in my elo they never expect anything so who knows

I don't get why people think this champion is broken, I mean, Broxah got final blows on kills, got a lot a money then snowballed, why is this the champion and not his own skills or chance? Hecarin is weak, does not much damage and if you play low elo he is useless, because low elo you need to 1v9 every time.
People see hecarim as broken simply because of how fast he is on the map, you can cycle camps and gank faster than almost any champion in the game which makes it super easy to snowball because you can be everywhere at once. Honestly playing hecarim whenever he is even slightly meta feels like cheating when your used to slower junglers.
